Ok. I will search the forum. Is the root procedure available on MM or does it require a downgrade to LP?

It's available on MM. Beware that unlocking bootloader you lose your DRM keys and therefore certain features.
You unlock bootloader, flash custom kernel and recovery, flash Supersu in recovery and you're rooted.

Ok. Can you name some "certain functions"? Is the procedure reversible? Can I save / recover my DRM keys?

Xreality, software processing in low light camera and more things which I cannot remember.
DRM recovering or restoring is not possible for now, there aren't any known ways to backup them and you cannot restore someone else's if you find one, because every key is unique to every phone.
Fortunately, someone made a zip for flashing in recovery to simulate DRM keys and give you those lost features back.

Not looking good at all. I shall wait for better options then. Do you have any idea how long it will take? Weeks, Months?

If you're staying on stock ROM or any other stock based ROM, it'll work.
Yes, if you relock your BL and update via PCC/SEUS.

No needed to relock, like some hours after SE release an update, the guys of XDA can release to you the rom.

Yes, the light band will still work.
Considering you have read the pros and cons of unlocking bootloader, I say that you should go for it since after that you can flash so many good ROMs available for our phone. Also if you want to re-recieve the OTA updates, bootloader re-locking is a rather simple process. The only downside of unlocking bootloader is that your DRM keys will be lost forever which simply means that your warranty will be void. But trust me bro, if you follow all the steps of flashing, their is no chance that you wil everl need to send your phone to the service center.
HIT THANKS IF I HELPED!

And no you don't have to flash the ftf right after unlocking bootloader, you can do it anytime... Unlocking bootloader and flashing ftf are two different things

Hello Kaml,
Im not sure if rooting "by unlcking bootloader" is the only option you are considering but you dont need to unlock bootloader to root 4.3.
I rooted my Xperia on 4.3 following this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=51730927
If you want to unlock bootloader anyway, please, make a backup of the TA partition first: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2292598

Rooting with locked bl is too complex i didnt get it clearly and didn't used these tools before :/
Can someone please explain it to me clearly what to do

Hi Kaml.
Yeah, it's a bit confusing when you first go to it. If you dont like the adrenaline/fear/expectation mix, better is to ask someone else to do it for you
You say that's too complicated to root with a locked bootloader. That’s not always true, it’s relative. The post I linked to you is very clear and it’s not complicated at all, but you will need to start from a 4.2.2 rooted ROM, maybe that’s the complicated part for you.
Anyway, I suggest you to confirm if you can unlock your bootloader. Did you checked it already? It may save you time by knowing it beforehand.
To check, go to the dialer and type: *#*#7378423#*#* then go for Service info > Configuration > Rooting Status. If Bootloader unlock allowed says Yes, then you are able to unlock it. This is from thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2484622
Read that thread, especially when it says “before unlocking please take backup TA partition from here”. By backing up the TA partition you can restore it later if need and then you have some chance of not losing Sony warranty if you ever need it.
Im not aware of other methods for rooting 4.3 besides the link I posted on my first reply, take a look and you will find other methods (probably).
Anyway, if you are interested in backing up the TA partition, it’s only possible if you have a rooted phone already and that’s kinda of a chicken/egg problem so that’s another motive of seeking for rooting methods without touching the bootloader at first. One way to solve it is to half root your phone, enable USB debugging and Unknown Sources from development menu, then run the script to backup the TA partition.

Bro you need to flash the 4.1 firmware using the flashtool.
Here is XMS 4.1 ftf file link- https://docs.google.com/file/d/0B23-yUd9svboQ3g1cGdKdnlWSDA/edit?pli=1
and here is the guide to use flashtool - http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2697277

[Q] recovery locked bootloader

As the title says, I was wondering if it was possible to have recovery without unlocking the bootloader. I know that sony phones have recovery.img unified with boot.img and that is not possible to flash custom kernels with a LB. But on old xperia U there was a way to have recovery without needing to unlock the bootloader.
Thanks in advance

Android 6.0.1 root??

Hey guys,
I was just wondering if someone found a way to root the xperia Z5 premium running on marshmallow 6.0.1
Unlock boot loader with flashtool. Flash this one http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=3355369. Simplest way
Sent from my E6853 using Tapatalk
but if flash with this method have not lost Drm keys?
first, you have to flash android 5.X any version
second, make a root kernel or download one
third, unlocked bootloader your devices
fourth, flash android 6.0.1 and flash root kernel
finish ! enjoy your root devices
Well... The method I mentioned has the DRM simulation included. Read some in the tread if you are unsure.
Not sure why you should mess with 5.x before rooting... I rooted directly when unlocking 6.0.0 and downloading the 6.0.1 version with flashtool.

The reason for flashing android 5.X is only if you've not already unlocked the bootloader and decided on taking a TA backup so you can restore the phone to stock in the future

You can fully reactivate your drm keys as well on an unlocked bootloader (so not just emulate and for restore to stock) if you backed up your TA with iovyroot on LL by flashing restore-drm-keys.ftf
