I wanted to install a ROM but I can not unlock the bootloader as the Sony site've tried but they did not send the email ... if there is another way to unlock like to know! I'm sorry for the mistakes because I am Brazilian and I am using the translator.

flashing your device won't sim unlock your device, if that is what you are meaning. Additionally, the flashing guide it's on the sticky.
BTW you already post this. On that note, thread closed.

please help me, I was in Vietnam, I xperia arc, I buy from Canada, and unlocked by code, I use the 5 days I have flast player market update from 10.3, and so my phone off and on again, I've tried everything like instructions on xda forum, the situation is not my power, so what was my phone and get help for it on the source, hic thanks, sorry my English is not good look sympathetic

Downloaded something in Vietnam with an unlocked bootloader and since then unable to boot, is the question, I think.

Bootloader doesn't need to be unlocked for themes!
