one htc one x hang with startup logo phone cid HTC_038 where can i get good rom for flash this phone... please help me

Can you read ? Descibe EXACTLY what you did. Did you perform a full wipe before flashing a rom, is your bootloader unlocked, did you flash a custom recovery, did you flash the boot.img of the rom with fastboot commands ???
Mr W already asked you this and you come up with nothing usefull and then you bump it with....please anyone can help me .....

And you have installed a custom recovery ?
