Xperia M C1905 Headphone problem - Sony Xperia M

Hello Everyone!
So my issue: I wanted to try flashing a new android system on my phone so I made some steps. First I rooted it there was no problem. Second I unlocked bootloader following the instructions on Sony developer website. After that I tried to start up the phone and enter recovery mode using the volume up key. That didn't work and the phone started to boot up but never booted. So I had to remove the battery and then put it back in. After that I've had several tries of booting into recovery mode but with no success. I assume the phone got stuck in a boot-loop. Alright then I falshed the original Android 4.3 stock ROM to my phone using Flashtool software. That actually was successful and my phone was back in it's original state.
So here comes the problem: phone is working correctly but it's like it isn't recognizing the 3.5 mm jack connector. Specificly when I plug in any kind of headphones I can't make the phone to use it in any way, it continues using the speakers. I've tried Sony Smart Connect app, phone still doesn't know that it has got a jack connector. The only way I was able to make the phone actually use the jack output instead of the speakers was to restart the phone with the headphone plugged in: in this case the phone uses only the jack output to play any sounds but not the speaker, even if i unplug the headphone. Still no speakers, phone is just forcing the jack output even if there is no connection... So basically the phone gets stuck either on the jack outpot or on the speakers after restart and I can't make it to use the other one anyhow. Please help me, I've been trying to fix this for hours.
I hope my problem is understandable, I'm not a native english-speaker.
Thanks in advance!

USB and touch screen no longer working

A few days ago my phone was stuck on a bootloop at the doomkernel logo so i flashed the latest version of doomkernel on and it seemed to fix the problem. Then while copying the wi-fi modules to my memory card i got a weird popup about titanium update crashing so i closed it. Immediately after that my touchscreen stopped working. I didnt think much of it at the time so i just rebooted my phone into recovery and flashed the new wi-fi modules for doomkernel. When I booted the phone the touchscreen still wasnt working but now it wouldnt recognise the usb cable, whether plugged into the computer or charger. I thought it was the cable so I tried a few others but it still wouldnt pick up. When the battery died and i plugged it into the charger it charges while the phone is switched off but when the phone is switched on it wont charge at all. This led me to believe there was some sort of software/driver/kernel issue or something. I could still control most of the phone using the gamepad so i backed up all my important things and flashed stock 4.0.2.A.0.62 firmware back on the phone. Problem still persists and I cant flash the stock wi-fi modules back onto the phone because I cant gain access to the memory card via usb and i cant type on the phone so i cant download it using the phone. Does anybody have any suggestions? Has anybody else even been through something like this?

Stuck in "download mode" whenever i plug a usb

Hi i recently purchase a second hand LG-E971 (locked to rogers and not rooted).
The phone seem to be working at first but whenever
i connect the phone to the computer or charge it on the wall
it goes to "download mode" the only way to exit it is to hold pwr for 8sec.
i got all the driver installed properly in "download mode"
tried to factory reset it with E97110D_00.KDZ and E97110E_00.KDZ
with success but still having the same problem
whenever i plug a usb cable in
i installed the driver for PC
LGUnitedMobileDriver S4981MAN38AP22 ML WHQL Ver 3.8.1.exe
when i connect the phone the driver got installed automatically
but the phone doesnt connect to the PC (win7 i tried 2 different computer) in any mode it is only charging
Is there a KDZ that is already Root with CMW or TWRP that i can factory reset it?
Thank you.
I would contact rogers to get the device checker under waranty.
If you have flashed the original KDZ, you eliminate all software related issue that could've cause this. It must be an hardware issue.
i have same problem. since today whenever i plug the phone to charge it it goes to download mode.
any way to fix it? im on cm but didnt change anything recently
I would suggest to start with cleaning the USB pirt on the phone. Compressed air and a wooden toothpick will help. I had a similar problem with my old SGS2, when dirt in the socket was causing sime weird behaviour.
Worth trying before going to the service centre...
having the same issue as well..i hope there's a possible fix available.
dead thread i know but i have SOME valuable information if you have this phone lying around "dead"ish. i went through a lot of crap trying to revive my dead battery phone and i remembered, i just by chance stumbled upon a "solution" of sorts. it basically is taking out the sim card, turning on the phone WITHOUT the cable, and once it's on i can connect it again. the moment i put in a sim, the damn thing starts flaking out. i'm currently using solidkernel 1.95 gproj with cm 12.0 official nightly 10/16(2015). this had happened to me like a month and a half ago or so as well. ANYWAY, it's either a radio thing, a kernel thing, a rom thing, or a combination of the three. that would NOT explain why the phone assumes download mode has been invoked, especially given it should only happen through a special pre-boot procedure using buttons (two no less). still, it is possible that my sim slot is too dirty, or my sim itself is problematic? i don't know. what do you guys think?

[Q] Cant turn S3 on..

so yesterday I rooted my S3 and installed custom rom
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2476970
D2att version!
It was working fine but due some errors on theme, phone contacts and messages i decided to try I9300 international version of rom and then it went off for reboot and didnt started since...
now I cannot turn it on AT ALL! no download mode or recovery mode...
I tried taking battery out for couple of minutes and plug it back in but didnt work ..
when i connect it to computer usb port i can hear computer sound alert you get when connect USB but nothing happens
-no charging logo on phone
-no usb detect on pc
but i can hear usb connection and disconnection sound alert.
anyone knows how to resolve ?
NOTE: pic i attached is prior to all this root and rom install
The international version uses a different processor. It's never a good idea to flash roms for other devices. If you can get into download mode you may be able to flash back to stock. If not, you may be hard bricked and will need a JTAG service.

Take a look at http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2345860
I was able to go from a completely unresponsive phone back to normal by reading that thread and several like it. From what I can gather flashing the wrong version is a really bad idea. Not what I did but same end result. if this doesn't work for you google JTAG phone repair.

Jeez, it sounds like this could be a hard brick For the future NEVER flash a rom made for anything other than your specific device! More than likely, you will need a JTAG service to revive your phone and get it back to normal...

MOBILETECHVIDEOS.com is there for you for any bricks or other problems plus i agree with everyone else, NEVER FLASH A ROM that is not made for your device

Phone won't connect to PC or charge from a wall charger.

For some reason my phone will either not connect or connect and disconnect constantly to either one of my pc's and sometimes won't charge from a wall or car charger. I tried every cable I have so the cable is not the problem. I can turn the phone off and on several times, factory reset, flash the ruu via sdcard and then maybe I can get my phone to connect to my PC. I was able to connect my phone to my PC after trying for 45 minutes and flashed the developer ruu. My phone rebooted after a successful flash and now the problem is back again. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
One more thing...HTC car mode starts up on its own sometimes and sometimes when I plug the phone into my PC.
Edit...I called HTC and they told me that because I unlocked the bootloader, I can use my uh-oh warranty and get a free replacement. So that is what I'll do. My phone was always acting goofy anyways.

[Q] Hard Bricked HTC 816G Dual sim (MT6592) Infinite Black Bootloop

Hi everyone,
I am using Htc Desire 816G mediatek version( Asia India) #chipset MT6592. Android 4.4.2, Rooted. Please help,
I rooted (iroot) n installed cwm recovery through MTK droid tool, and have a flashable Stock rom (working {made with mtk droid tool by following some guides} ) with a whole backup of its system files that are accessible by SPflash tools.
Problem is i tried porting a [4.4.2] Emotion UI custom rom of same chipset and skipped porting kernel (actually forgot) and after flashing am stuck on a Infinite Black screen Bootloop which reboots itself for every 7-8 seconds, :crying:
Already tried getting into recovery mode by pressing POWER BUTTON+ VOLUME (-) but so success it keeps rebooting! although i have sorted out how to switch it off. POWER BUTTON+ VOLUME(-) + VOLUME(+)
As Spflash tool or Flash tool requires a switched off phone for flashing stock rom but when i connected to PC in off mode it gets on with the same Infinite Black screen Bootloop.....making it undetectable for PC.
Please help me in recovering it back to normal i 've all the necessary files and software! PLS PLS PLS :crying:
help!!!!
I'm too stuck in bootloop. Phone is hard bricked. Not able to do anything. screen in black and while connecting with laptop/pc its disconnecting and connecting again, every 3-4 secs. HTC customer care refused to fix. Please help!!!
If you are going to play with custom ROMs you might as well learn how to open the case and unplug the battery. There are videos on youtube on how to do it, but simply you start at sim slots and pry between the back cover and above the slots with a plastic pry tool or a cut up credit card and work around the phone. The cover should pop off as you go around. The bottom half near the battery is also stuck together with sticky tape so you have to use larger piece of credit card to break the sticky bond. The plastic case is very durable so you don't really have to be too gentle. Unplug battery and plug it back in. Keep cover off till you have working phone. At his point the phone should be off so you can easily hold volume+power to get to boot loader then recovery to load twrp or cwm backup. The cover easily snaps back together. Just plan ahead so all the corners are aligned as you snap around the phone.

You can't expect customer support for a device you bricked yourself... Honestly. Pull the battery and hook it up to PC with it out.
Still its connecting and disconnecting. After removing battery also it won't stay connected. Any idea to make it alive?
