help iOS and faces - Huawei Watch

I recently purchased a huawei watch, and I love the idea of being able to wear a watch that looks like a watch.
my Question to the forum is, how do I install all of those amazing faces on Facepro? I am a IOS user and unfortunately the only android device I own is a kindle (which watchmaker doest support)
I have downloaded bluestacks, tried to use that and I installed and purchased watchmaker, but I cant sync the watch as bluetooth doesnt work on bluestacks, then I decided to download the ISO for android, and install that on my VMware, but also no luck.
I would like to at then end of the maybe abel to use my iPhone with my Watch, as well as install Facepro faces.
Please help

I've think of install the watchmaker through the bluestacks on my Mac but I'm having problems . I was thinking of getting an apk file from watchmaker and then install the face to the watch via abd (with the usb cable).

do you have a link that outlines how to do it via usb and abd ?

I've been uploading watch faces and apps via ADB with the USB cable based on what i've learnt from this video:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b6QMIZP5n6s
Plus you have to get your face.apk on the same folder as the adb exec file.
Hope this will help you a bit

AirDroid on AFTV Stick?

Is anyone able to get sideload AirDroid onto there Amazon FireTV Stick (non-rooted)? I always get DEXOPT error or something like that during the actual install process. From what little reading I did it looks like its due to android SDK version apk was made with and version SDK that is installed on fire stick or something.
Thanks,

Have you tried pushing it to the sdcard and just installing it manually?
Side note-what are you trying to do? Push notifications and texts to the AFTV?
I mainly use it to view and control the screen of many of my android based devices as well as the camera in most of my android devices over the internet. Yes i have tried manually installing via adb command but always get the same error.

I just got it working... by downloading and sideloading the latest version in rev 3 (3.2.6) from here: airdroid(DOT)en(DOT)uptodown(DOT)com/android/old.
Out of the box, it works fine for transferring files through wifi (which can also be done with ES File Explroer easily). It also works as a keyboard input and screen mirror when USB connected to PC.
HOWEVER, there are several options for AirDriod that can only be enabled through the Firestick interface, and, at least for me, cannot actually be accessed (like it wants touchscreen input typically found on phones).
Overall, I'm missing the benefit of having it running in it's current state. ES File Explorer does file transfer fine. I can't really see the application of screen mirror and keyboard control when it must be plugged in to my pc. It's pretty useless in t's current form, imho.
Update: Also, since it's an outdated version, it will not work over the web portal.

Kodi for my FireTV

Hey everyone,
I already try to get this running or even installed since a while now. But all the apps that all this great tutorials name me are not being found on the firetv anymore. I can't install them or even find them. I already turned on that I can install any harmfull application I want and so on, but I am running low on ideas how I get this first step done. It won't let me download any downloader app to install Kodi on it.
Anyone know a way?
AFTVnews is the spot for FTV everything. He wrote his own downloader app, got it in the amazon store, and has a guide on how to use it.
http://www.aftvnews.com/how-to-side...on-the-amazon-fire-tv-stick-using-downloader/
Once it's running, install the Kodi Android Installer addon inside Kodi for easy updates.
The problem is, even though I activated all the necessary stuff, it won't let me download the Downloader or ES Explorer, or any other kind of sideloader. It always tells me that it can't find that application.
Install adbLink from jocala.com on your pc. Start it and set up your device with the right IP. Then find the option within adbLink to install android apps on your device.

Galaxy Watch - File Help

Hello all,
I have just bought a Samsung Galaxy Watch (46mm LTE). I have been struggling to transfer files to it from my phone (Huawei P20).
I have the Gear Wearable app, and have managed to file an app that will send files to the watch. The file I have is a TPK file, made using GWD.
When I navigate to the file on the watch, it says "no matched application found".
Does anyone know how to open these on the watch itself, or even an app on my phone that can be used to install tizen apps on my watch?
You'll have to send it using sdb from a computer as far as I know. Should be guides around for that.

Hello Bro,
If you want to load your TPK file to your samrtwatch, you need to use Galaxy Watch Designer tool to upload it. Kindly let me know if you need help at [email protected]

VPN ON Philips Android TV/BOX

Hi all,
Is there a way to install Adguard Certificate on an Android TV? I installed Adguard on my TV and set up everything except for HTTPS Filtering. When I click on activate, the certificate install screen flashes but when I click on install it says failed and try another method. On my TV there is no option to open certificate settings in Security section.
Up to now, I managed many customizations on my TV over ADB Shell. Is it possible to install adguard.crt over ADB Shell?
I read many things on different forums but there isn't any clear explanation for that.
Your help is appreciated. If you know please reply me.
My Android TV is Philips 49PUS7502/12 with Android 8.0 Nougat. It's not rooted and don't want to root before warranty expires. USB Debugging and Adb over wireless is active.
Thanks beforehand.
Hi I very interested to see someone else trying to get the same thing working.
Sadly, the problem seems to be that all the root certificates are stored in the /system partition of Android TV, and unlike regular Android, I dug around with different tools and apps and folders, it seems like the user, (us) can't add our own certificates WITHOUT root access.
And my Philips Android TV doesn't have a published rooting method yet and might never get one.
If you find a solution some day , please share it with others here.
as far as i know its not possible to integrate adguard or any other adblock tool on Philips Tv...you can use VPN or doing setup your Wlan-Router for grant that.
The Browser on Android Tv did not have Plugins to...that and many other little **** makes Android Tv more and more unlovely.

Android Auto on vivo phone

Hey, I recently received my vivo x60 pro plus. I'm trying to setup android auto and can't figure out why it's not working.
So my hope is, someone over here could help.
When I start the android auto app, it asks for several permissions. I've granted them all, but I'm not able to grant "floating windows" I don't know if this the correct translation for it.
It's simply not possible because android auto doesn't appear in that list and I can't activate it. Someone had similar issues or does have a workaround?
I'm on X60 pro plus...... Same issue....
Hi.
I have the same issue on an iqoo 5 since updating to android 11 (it worked before)
Have either of you managed to get android auto to work?
Exactly same issue here! Any progress?
Hi.
A little progress maybe.
I have managed to give permissions and get into the app on my phone using an adb command :
adb shell pm grant com.google.android.projection.gearhead android.permission.SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW
However, there is an issue when connecting to my car.
The phone screen seems to freeze and I must change the foreground app to something other than AA (android auto seems to crash)
The connection doesn't happen and no car is detected in android auto.

Hello. Since you use a x60. Did you realize that photos seems different in the native album comparing to google photos for example (both in the phone)? And in the native album that image seems to loose saturation when you try to edit it? Also, if you upload the pictures to google photos and try to see them in a compute screen, the saturation changes when zooming in the image?

The same thing to me. I was able do acess Android Auto on phone with this adb. However the car does not recognize the android auto on the phone and the phone does not recognize the connection with the car. It seems surprising how one of the most important apps in android does not work and vivo seems to be ignoring or not solving this issue.
Hello, I contacted Vivo China and they told me the following.

Carlifeplus is not even close to the Android Auto. It's a Chinese app meant only for the phone and working only with other Chinese apps in Chinese language.
I've written to the support myself and haven't gotten any useful help either.
I like Vivo phones and I don't have other problems with Origin OS. I'm seriously considering buying X70 pro+ which suppose to hit the market in September. And I recommend Vivo to address AA issue very seriously. Because like many others, I won't buy any phone without AA. I would look somewhere else, the new Honor could be a decent replacement.
Hello, I found this application, I do not know if it could work to accept the permission, as it does not matter if the phone is blocked, I could try.
