Stuck going back from GPE ?

Hi Everybody
I'm stuck getting my phone back from GPE. I have done it multiple times without any problem but this time it isn't working.
I have changed my CID to Super CID 11111111 flashed to 1.54.401.5-W_Splash.zip with fastboot oem rebootRUU this works fine then when I go back to bootloader and try to enter stock recovery to factory reset I get a phone with a triangle and ! in it. Then I tried flash TWRP with fastboot but when I try booting into that it gets stuck at the Entering Recovery........ screen. So help please

When you see that triangle in stock recovery you hold down power and push volume up or you hold volume up and push power.

You can do a factory reset in hboot, or do a hard reset with this code in your dialer: *2767*3855#

Help me unroot HTC 816Desire, and restore to STOCK version-INDIA

I have HTC 816 desire dual sim-INDIA.
"A5_DWG PVT SHIP S-ON
HBOOT-3.18.0.000
RADIO-1.31.50.0624_2"
I rooted it once succesfully, and now i need to restore/UNROOT it back.
I tried methods such as
1) fastboot method in which, it fails during
SIGNATURE VERIFICATION of both Recovery and zip file.
also,
couldnt S-Off the device, as REVONE download did not work.
Kindly help me do it easily, as i am a NOOB in HTC Device.

i have unlocked bootloader, but dont know, how to proceed further....

HTC One M8 stuck on White "HTC Powered by Android" screen

Remains stuck there indefinitely
Can access bootloader but both Recovery and Factory Reset don't work, they show the initial loading screens for both but after a while it just returns back to the original white loading screen

HELP I cant find HTC M8 UL CID: GLOBA001- RUU, Radio: 1.29.214500021.11G

Hello,
I was having encryption error and accidentally wiped out the Firmware and I have no backup. I tried to install different RUUs but couldn't do so, I tried to install SuperSU and failed through APK batch installer tool since there is no os!
I would request you to help me with this. Please check the details.
