So I slipped and fell with my phone in my pocket and now when I'm on my phone doing something with a white screen (ie. texting) I see a blue cloud across parts of the screen. Is there anyway to fix this?
PS - I have a tmo tp2.
Thanks!
Anyone have any advice on this? Thanks in advance..
Get a new screen, sorry to say it like that.
If your LCD is cracked it needs to be replaced.
Somethings obviously messed up with the LCD, friend pushed too hard on his screen and it made it splotchy like that.
Screen is not cracked. Just on parts of the screen the whites show blue instead. Is there anyway to fix this?
Ok here is a picture of my problem. It doesn't seem to affect use of the touch screen at all, however I do find it bothersome... Hopefully you guys can see the blue dots in the upper left of the picture and are able to tell me what the F it is!
Sounds like "stuck pixels" to me. For whatever reason, the blue pixels won't turn off. I think I remember seeing somewhere a program that attempts to fix it by rapidly turning the pixels on and off. Maybe someone knows the name, or you can google/bing it.
Surely more ppl have experienced this before!! Any help is appreciated!!! Thanks in advance!!!

I got a guy that specializes in fixing smart phones. I'll ask him about fixing the TP2 screen tomorrow.
If you can see any visual problems when the phone is off, like shading that corresponds to the cloudy part, then the screen is physically damaged.

There are no marks that correspond to the blue dots when the phone is off..

Hi there,
I am an owner of MIUI rooted HTC Desire (GSM), installed new radio too. I had no problems so far. But in last few days I have noticed strange things happaning with device's display. There is some kind of strange pink illuminance when screen is displaying totally full screen black colour. This weird problem slightly shows up also on another dark colours. Here is some pictures describing the problem:

Maybe somebody has experienced something similiar? Actually I am very frustrating seeing that, looks like "Me - gusta" face, haha. But if seriously, then I am afraid about device's condition.
It looks to me as if you have pressed too hard at some point
and damaged the screen
Well, it might be. How do you think guys is it repairable by guarantee?
Please use the Q&A Forum for questions Thanks
Moving to Q&A
Yeah I was just gonna say that's not a symbol mate you just screwed the screen.. how hard did you press that thing?? I've quite literally smashed my Desire's screen and got nothing (maybe AMOLED is tougher )
also highly doubt warranty will cover since you did it.
Just got my Galaxy Nexus and booted it up. I opened up the settings menu and when I look on the right-hand side of the screen. I can see these ever so faint lines going down the whole screen. Anyone else have these?
MODS: Please delete, sorry. I didn't search around a bit before posting. Just got all nervous about my new baby. Seems to be a common issue with Samsung's AMOLED screens.
Hi everyone,
Recently my younger sister decided to jump on my new Nexus 7 2013. When I picked it up, I noticed that the display had soft blue dots that appeared when the screen is dark, and that the screen acts different when I press hard (sort of like applying pressure to an old monitor or calculator screen). Does anyone have any advice on how to fix this issue, or should I pay hundreds to replace the screen/display?
Thanks in advance.
No hundreds needed, DIY is cheap. If you can tolerate the blue spots then replace the digitizer only but it is much easier to replace the entire digitizer+LCD assembly. Check this out.
Hi all, has anyone else had a Samsung fold thats middle screen has gone black?.
I have tried to rest it the pin screen on outside is half slide over meaning I can't press Ok.
Any help appreciated as my fold is now useless.
TIA
Benji
Id get in touch with Samsung see what they can do
