No separate notification volume on MM? - Verizon HTC One (M9)

Used to be able to select whether you set a single volume for both ringtone and notifications or set separately. I don't see this option available anymore. Is that a Marshmallow thing or a Sense thing?

goto settings > sound & notification. its just below the vibrate at the top.

Where? I'm really not being obtuse, I just don't see it after the upgrade. Screenshot would help.

I use Sound Manager V2 on the market. It's free.....
Get Quick Settings from the Market for free. Open it, go to Volume Control, tick the check box at the top and then click Set. Back out of the app and never worry about it again.
i use Widgetsoid 2 from Market
https://market.android.com/details?id=com.jim2
quick settings is the best i been using it since the vibrant
This from stock ROM.

How to get rid of notifications?

Using, ULTRA KEY BOARD and I keep getting notifications. Is there a way to disable it? I want to use Ultra as my keyboard. Thanks!
Q and a section
And as far as I know there isn't

Thanks for the reply.
Well, that's pretty annoying.
Thanks!
You have to use a custom Rom that disables that notification.

More specifically freegs3 you have the option to disable during install of rom
The keyboard notification is there to let you change keyboards because long press on text boxes no longer bring up a menu but rather the copy paste function in ICS

Vibration for notifications

I searched and could not find anything regarding changing the vibration pattern for an all stock note 2. Mine will only vibrate in a single long pattern, no matter what I set it to in the settings. I like to use the stock messaging because it's compatibility with the lock screen but I'd really like it to vibrate in a couple short pulses instead of that single long one. If I'm missing something I apologize but I have no idea what to change aside from the options in the settings menu. Any help or other information would be much appreciated, I'm sure it's something silly I'm missing anyway!
Go to settings- sounds-device vibration u can chabge it to a few different patterns

I am not sure! That is how the note 1 default notification vibrate was, the single long pulse. The sms mms one was a quick twin pulse, I'd prefer that! I like how the sms app works with the tw lock screen and launcher etc so I don't want to use another one if I can avoid it. I wish it would allow me to use a different vibration setting because my phone is silent a lot! I asked samsung and they gave me the ringtone answer. The service from the online chat is weak.

Try This on your dialer type 3845#*980# then find "audio cal tool" and find "set gain" then look there for the sound values and you can change them for whatever you want. let me know if you got it.
im afraid that option is not in my unit.. i dialled 3845#*988# and these are the options that showed up (see the attahed image)..
i checked every option but was unable to find "audio cal tool"..

check in "device test" "settings" if device test then look for "all auto test" or send me screenshots to know where you are at.
when i enter the device test option, there is an auto test option that is available and when i press it, it just shows a bunch of lists that doesnt do anything on the audio..
on the settings option however, there is an audio option and when i press it, a submenu appears and the first option says "sound calibration".. but when i press it, a toast notification appeared that says something like "test not implemented yet"..
