I tried to root my phone not knowing that I couldnt do so after updating to 4.3 OTA and now my phone has the seandroid enforcing error and wont boot!
Get into download mode and flash the stock 4.3 image.

Is there anyway to root it after I get it back to 4.3 stock?
You can it's just more of a pain. This method works: http://honai-android.blogspot.com/2013/11/how-to-root-galaxy-s4-t-mobile-sgh-m919.html?m=1

Were you on 4.3 already when attempting to root or were you still on 4.2.2?

If you're on 4.3, just download the latest CF-autoroot. You can root just like your previous versions. :good:
I flashed TWRP onto my phone and it went fine and I flashed a rom and it was all going good. But now it's stuck on a screen that says " Firmware upgrade encountered an issue. Please select recovery mode in kies & try again." but when I try to use kies it can't find a device. I've tried flashing a custom recovery again and resetting my phone but I can't get any of that to work. Any tips?

That means you have a knox enabled bootloader and that bootloader is expecting a matching or newer firmware to be flashed.

What do I need to do to fix it? What firmware should I flash for the tmobile variant. and afterwards can I still root and flash a custom rom?
Try flashing 4.3 or 4.4 from sammobile:
http://www.sammobile.com/firmwares/
Yes you can still root with cf autoroot. And you will be able to flash a custom ROM.

Why do you want to flash an older firmware? It seems to be a KitKat to KitKat downgrade that may work but without guarantee. Nevertheless: I would really like to know your actual bootloader version, check with this app -> LINK

Either you go for NI1 again or try to upgrade to NL1 firmware through Odin. Forget that old ND3.
Report about Odin log - fail or success
