please help us anyone :c
Any answers???
Can you confirm that the ROM you've downloaded is complete? Means no error or whatever, and able boot successfully. If everything checked and it's nothing wrong with the 4.2.2 firmware you've download, then download CWM touch 6.0.3.6 (Only works with 4.2.2) from here.
After you flash the 4.2.2 firmware, let it reboot one time, (you will see an Android doll with a progress bar running) as soon as your phone reboot another time, quickly hold down the download mode keys and flash the CWM recovery you've downloaded. After successful flash, reboot into the recovery and root your device. Try if it's working or not.
By the way, there's an new update for Russian firmware yesterday.
Yes its fully completed and with no errors
I just upgrate it from Russia official rom to Iraq 4.2.2 rom as i'm from the middle east
Thank's for ur reply and i'll test it ryt now
I don't know whats to say...
Just really thank you!
Its worked with no errors!
Thank you!

Just note, to install 4.4.2 roms you need on 4.2 STOCK, then flash newer recovery->flash it. Now just go to download mode and flash 4.2 STOCK via odin, flash CWM and 4.4.2 roms
Press thanks if my post helpful

Try to install the CWM mentioned in pawitp's CM11 thread. It should work for all Kitkat ROMs.
Another possible problem is incorrect driver installation or damaged USB cable, that maybe what's preventing your device to download from Odin.

cant install cm 12

i installed cm12 on s4 mini duos and then i unrooted it and flashed the stock rom and then rooted it again and now i am trying to install cm12 again but now when i trry to flash by philz recovery it says that root access is denied but i have updated and supersu but still nothing is happening it says go to system/xbin/su what to do?
Flash stock, boot, do a full factory reset, root, flash custom recovery and try again to flash cyanogenmod.

root disappeared? 8.4 sm t320 on lineage 13

I'm on lineage 13, with sm t320. I flashed it this morning with other zips, downloaded apps from the play store, and then updated to the latest nightly (from 6/24). My device booted twice afterwards (the screen that you get right after you first flash lineage where it loads all of the apps) and it turned out that the root had disappeared along with the custom recovery. Not sure what exactly caused it... I've flashed it alone before (without other zips) and it worked fine. Has anyone else had their root disappear before?
So should I use cf auto root and odin and go through the whole connecting it to the computer process? Idk since I don't have the stock ROM anymore. Any help would be appreciated!
Lineage has a own root zip. You can find it under Lineage Downlode Extras. Addon su.ZIP.
You dont need to flash the CF autroot, if you install a customrecovery you can flash the lastest supersu.ZIP or the addon su.ZIP

Thanks for your answer!
But I'd need root to install the custom recovery, right?

SMT320 - After Gapps device entered bootloop - how to Install rom via Odin?

Hi Guys,
I installed Resurrection Remix 7.1.2 all wen good.
After trying to install gapps device entered bootloop and TWRP was in loop trying to install gapps untill battery died. i have only download mod available as i can't enter recovery even after trying to flash TWRP again.
How can i flash a new rom via Odin? as i can;t see any TAR/MD5 files for that.
Thx for helping!!
Custom ROMs don't come as tar only zip.
Asking for tar means you wanna go back to stock?
Which TWRP version did you try it with?
I would reflash TWRP tar in Odin to revive it.
Then the custom ROM zip with TWRP.
