[Q] Confused.. Ditto rom or Tigra rom?

Hello,
I am confused between ditto rom and tigra rom.. which one should I use? Anyone tried both?

Try both, Use one for a week and then another.

There is no more Tigra ROM. E team complained bitterly about Tigra dev using their N3 apps, so Petra had to remove his Tigra ROM.
I could go on about the manner in which E team handled their concerns, but I won't.
Tigra thread offers a MOD which modifies your leaked 4.3 ROM to have same tweaks his ROM used to have.

Thanks a lot guys! I will go with DN3. Is there any working guide for rooting on MAC OSX?

I don't now for mac. .. try to search on forum... If you don't find it search on google

From Stock to RR?how?

Srry for the dumb question...I am Running On 4.1.2 stock rom and kernel and wanted to jump to resurrection remix and i am a bit confused what all i have to do to get to RR... if anyone can please provied a step by step tutorial ..it will really help:fingers-crossed:

You want RR 4.4 or 4.2. I'll answer depending on that.

well i dont really even know which offer what benifits :crying: but which ever is better for gaming will do as mostly i use my grand for gaming :fingers-crossed:

Then you have to upgrade to 4.2.2 to flash kk ROMs.

ok so first step is to update to official 4.2.2 rite?

1 more stuid question....u see this is gone be my first attempt to flash a custom rom ...if by mistake smthing goes wrong...i can reflash a official stock firmware to correct it rite? or flashing roms can also brick my device? kinda scared

+1....has been smooth sailing from 4.1.2 to 4.2.2 to RR.....jut have to follow PROCEDURES with a good quality usb cable for sure....one u r in to your custom recovery......voila.............:good::good::good:

Just download RR latest build and RR gapps and put them in external sd. Now go to cwm and do a full wipe and flash both RR ROM and RR gapps. reboot. You're good to go.??

Ok Finally gained the courage to flash my first custom rom!!! I AM DOING IT :victory::victory:
1 last question do i need to do anything else after i flash the RR rom And gapps?? or just reboot? Like i have read many threads where they say to clear cache and dalvik smthing ( i dont even know what it even means)

Before flashing rom and gapps. You have to wipe data and while cache partition and go to advanced and wipe dalvik cache.

Possible One Click Root ZF2 Marshmallow?

This is from the ASUS forum. Sadly it will only work with Linux. So I'm wondering if there's anyone here who can pick at this and see if something can be created for Windows as I cannot for the life of me get Ubuntu or any other Linux system to install on Win 10

I'm with Lollipop '.184' version.
I would be able to uptade by OTA like I'm never rooted just removing the root with SuperSu?
So many questions haha. I was used to do this in Motorola devices - it was so easy - and now i'm feelig as a newbie again!

Help to flash stock/riginal ASUS Zenfone 2 Z00A (ZE551ML)

Hi veryone.
I need some help with my Zenfone 2.
Currently I'm using CM 13, what I want is: return to the original/stock rom from ASUS
I've downloaded the "Z00A ww 2.20.40.196" rom from ASUS website, but everytime I try to flash it, it stuck at something about "ifwi", but it never ends.
What can I do to flash the stock rom?
I've tried with ADB also but it never finds my phone.

Current RR is an N rom. CleanSTOCK is MM. And is based on the most current stock version. Exactly what update are you asking about?

Like nightly

None of the MM roms get nightlies now. LineageOS 14.1 (An N rom) gets weekly updates.
