[Q] My phone won't read sdcard after radio flash

I'll get right to the point, I have a rooted desire with cm7 and I tried flashing 5.17.05.23 radio from here I let my phone do what it had to do but the it went in to recovery where it was formatting cache, but I thought it got stuck so i selected reboot and now my phone wont read any sd card.
Any solutions?
install fastboot, reboot to fastboot and run the following
fastboot oem enableqxdm 0
fastboot reboot
hopefully you just enabled radio debugging some how.
Oh my. Flashing the radio with custom partitions (such as CM7) can result in a brick if you have less than 30Mb cache. Indeed using partitions such as this requires that the radio is flashed from fastboot via the PC or returning the phone to a stock hboot and installing from there. Hope you can fix it.
Never-mind, i fixed it, someone said it was just a usb-brick, thanks anyway...

[Q] I think I've bricked my phone completely

Hello, I was flashing the latest version of ViperX and it wouldn't boot so I decided to reinstall. After reinstalling I updated my hboot to the latest version and was told to erase everything such as cache, system, dalvik etc. It deleted my backups, I have lost ClockWorkMod on my phone and ADB wont detect it. I also have no rom on my phone as of now, I think I could fix it if I could get ADB to detect the phone. When I plug my phone into the computer it detects it as a HTC but when I type "adb devices" I get nothing coming up
Could someone suggest something to fix it?
Hold your volume - and the power button together until you see the bootloader !
Is the bootloader unlocked ? And what version do you have now ?
Unlock the bootloader if its relocked. Put the unlock code.bin file in the fastboot folder and flash it
Fastboot flash unlocktoken unlock_code.bin
Download this file and place it in your fastboot folder, rename it to recovery.img and flash it
http://db.tt/S74XQEtu
Fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
Fastboot erase cache

Well I'm getting there.
I've reinstalled CWM and I'm looking to install the ROM now but it has been deleted from my SD card, either that or my sd isn't working.
Is there a way to access my sd card without a ROM Wmaybe install and flash without using the "choose zip from sdcard" option?
When I press "choose zip from sdcard" it says "No files found."
What do I do now?
Select mounts and storage and mount usb storage.
(if you get an error (ums) DL this: http://download2.clockworkmod.com/recoveries/recovery-clockwork-touch-5.8.4.0-endeavoru.img fastboot flash recovery recovery.img)
Then copy the viper x rom to the sdcard.
Make a full wipe in the recovery
Factory reset
Wipe cache partition
Advanced - wipe dalvik cache
Mounts & storage - format cache, system, data
Then install the rom.....do not reboot if you did not flash the boot.img
Type in the commond prompt
Adb reboot bootloader
Then flash the boot.img from the viper x rom, found inside the rom.zip !
Fastboot erase cache
Fastboot flash boot boot.img
Fastboot erase cache
Fastboot reboot
If you already flashed the boot.img you can skip the last part

Thanks, that solves the error. How can I add a rom to the sd card without a rom present? I need to access the zip files to install it

This may be a stupid question but how to I get the rom on the sd card?
Select mounts and storage inside the recovery and then mount as mass storage device .....last option of the list
Connect usb cable (obvious) and it pops up on your pc. Then just copy it over.

Help stuck in twrp boot loop

I accidentily hit the factory reset option in cm12.1 and now im in a boot loop. how can i exit it? PLS HELP What I see on the phone is the teamwin logo then the screen goes black and then the teamwin logo appears again. Windows show Android USB Device "My HTC" but I can't do anything in adb
You need CM recovery to use the factory reset option in a cm rom.
Twrp is boot looping as it's continually attempting to run the wipe command stored in cache.
You need to wipe the cache.
Reboot to the boot loader. In Fastboot mode use FASTBOOT ERASE CACHE.
A little late.

erased userdata for decryption, now: only fastboot & TWRP work

Hi,
following situation: i need to go back to stock as I am selling the phone.
My phone was encrypted somehow...
I have installed TWRP
I did flash latest Oxygen 4.1.5 Full Rom succesfully.
Then, I started decryption by using fastboot command "fastboot erase userdata" which was successfull. The decryption was away. But: Phone does not boot anymore into Android. I can only go to Fastboot and TWRP.
In TWRP I cannot mount "data" partition ( not possible to even check it as mount-option) and cannot do a factory reset (I see many red error messages then). If I boot phone normally, it shows Oneplus logo and then reboot into recovery. I assume my data partition was deleted?! I
I tried ADB sideload and sideloaded the full rom again, which ended successfully, but I still cannot boot into Android, same happens: it restarts into recovery automatically
Any idea what I should do now?
Many thanks for any help from you guys!
Try fastboot format system and userdata and then try to sideload again.

i trief format data before posting here but ended in errors too
Now i trief format system and format userdata and sideloaded again. All is back working now, thx very much Explorer23!

First I wiped dalvik and when that happened I couldn't find my rom on my internal storage. Then I tried to get out of twrp because when phone reboots it just went to it automatically. Then I tried to flash a stock miui thinking it would solve the problem but it still didn't work. And now its stuck on fastboot

If your phone is stuck in fastboot mode after following steps to flash a ROM and wiping the dalvik cache, here are some steps you can try:
Try restarting your phone by holding down the power button for a few seconds. If it doesn't respond, you can try holding down the power button and the volume up button together for a few seconds to see if that triggers a restart.
If restarting the phone doesn't work, try disconnecting it from any cables or power sources and then holding down the power button for at least 10-15 seconds to force a shutdown. Once the phone is off, you can try turning it on again to see if it boots up normally.
If the phone is still stuck in fastboot mode, you can try connecting it to a computer and using the fastboot commands to flash a new ROM or restore a backup. You can find instructions on how to do this online for your specific device.
If none of these steps work, you may need to seek assistance from a professional or contact the manufacturer for support. It's also possible that there is a hardware issue with the phone that needs to be addressed.
I suggest watching Munchy's videos on how to flash a ROM. He does good, easy to understand guides.
