Hi. I would like to record slowmotion with tab s wifi version.
I checked from this forum that cm12 has this function and works fine. But can I just root it and switch another video camera app from other samsung device like note4? The thing is I have kindle hdx 7 with nexus rom but it doesnt showing 1080p yotube. Im afraid I couldnt watch 1440p with my tab s if I flash cm rom. Thanks have a nice day.
You don't need root to use another camera app. There are plenty available on play store.
Maybe one will have the ability to record slow motion.

Hi there just want to say I'm happy to be part of the XDA nation /world.
I have my Note 3 (T Mobile USA) and I absolutely love it. My last phone was the HTC One. A great phone as well, however the camera has some great features, one being the ability to adjust the speeds of a slow motion video. Haven't seen this in any other phone other then the new Apple phone ? have someone is able to MOD that feature into the Note 3 Camera or is there an app, or can anyone "plucked" or take that feature out of the HTC One and was able to get it in the Note 3. Is that even possible. Guys thanks for your help in helping me with this question
It sounds like the slow motion video is a software feature of those phones' OSs. There are some apps that you can download from the Play Store that have slow motion video features:

Hi there and thanks for your help. I've tried to use the Motorola video camera app but that wont install for my note 3. However its not just doing the slo motion feature, but the ability to create a the slo motion and speed it up all in the same video. Only the HTC ONE and recently the IPhone 5s are the only 2 that can do it. Thanks so much for your suggestion. The Note 3 have great 120FPS slo motion video future, however I would like a MOD that will allow you to speed the video in the same shot. Any other suggestions?
I use Galaxy Nexus for half a year and I think it`s still good phone, but one thing annoys me: Youtube player. I watch a lot of movies on Youtube but when i download latest version for Youtube App, i can choose in quality option 720p 60fps. This phone can`t play videos in this quality because it`s too slow. I know, I can change quality to 480p, but movies looks poorly. To get around this problem I use last version of app without 60 fps option: 5.10.3.5. 720p30 works fine but this version is very old and has a lot of bugs. Last week I use for few hours Huawei P6 and this phone have choose 720p30 option in the newest version of Youtube App. I want to get same on Galaxy Nexus. It is possible ? How do to it ?
I think we all have the same problem, I think it's a GPU problem, it does not support videos at 720 60 fps and I guess the kernel needs to be modified to play only 30 fps videos, but the truth is I do not know how, Someone knows something? please help

Which rom are you using? 720p 60fps bug should be related to the new ddk graphic driver.

Hello there. I have been searching for the best camera app for my Zuk Z2 plus and still haven't found it.
I would love a app with back and front camera potrait mode, 1080p 60fps video, slow motion at 960fps, (our device supports that as it was in the stock camera app) and other features that come in handy! I have tried the latest and previous versions of arnova's google camera fix and it is brilliant, but these days video recorder only works in 4k. It shows a black screen at 1080p (be it 30 or 60 fps) and 720p video works until we start to record, it just crashes. Even the stock camera app on RR doesn't work well. I it worked brilliantly before, but suddenly it just stopped working (maybe due to the fact that i played with the developer settings ?)
I have a unlocked bootloader, Resurrection Remix v6.0 (android 8.1) with root access. Please guide me about the best i can do. Peace

Our phone doesn't actually has capability to shoot 720p and 960fps it was stock 120fps but in the gallery app it would play it at less than 30fps(default) That's all

I'd like to address this issues, my device is a H815 AICP rom but it didn't even work with the stock rom before I UsU-ed it.
Sooo it doesn't really show up the 1440p option on YouTube even though it has a 1440p display and used to work but it didn't work since March of last year, it used to buy now it just shows 1080p no matter what video you are trying to watch. Please help ?

search for you tube vanced force video to desired resolution.
Hi. i just purchased a note 8 pro, for the most part satisfied, however i noticed something when i record 4k videos using the stock camera app. basically the phone cant keep up with the fast camera movements. im not sure if there is a term for this problem, but you can see it in the video below, when i move the phone, the change in the display cannot keep up with the movement. i have to wait for the camera to update and its annoying.. is there a way to fix this, or is it a hardware limitation?
