About to get the g4, debating on whether i should get a screen protector or not, how scratch resistent is the screen? Also i think my carrier puts screen protectors on when they give the phone like they did to my lg g2, are pre installed screen protectors good?

Hello, I know its caused by the actual screen protector but I wanted to know if I have to wait longer for it to set in or does this mean that it wasnt done properly? I had BB do it for me and they told me not to put on a case for 24 hours but nothing about streaks.
Peace.
I am guessing it's caused by the invisishield which I had done for my pre and then redone for these streaks it seems that they all have an orange peel like covering which makes the screen rainbow-y I would recommend one of the cheaper screen protectors
I believe that to be the name of the protector. I was afraid of that, you'd think for that price it would be perfect. I'll get a cheaper one then, do you remember the brand of the one you ended up purchasing?
I went with the sprint screen protector for my evo and used the anti glare one and am pretty satisfied with it
It came with one anti-glare and 2 regular protectors
I thought the anti-glare protectors gave it that rainbow effect? I might be wrong though since I'm going naked..
It causes a very minor rainbow effect but nothing like the invisishield and it more than makes up for the effect with the anti-glare which is a huge bonus if you use it outdoors
Hi all,
JUst got my otterbox commuter and it came with a screen protector. Is there any point to using it? If the screen of the nexus is impacted, its probably going to break even if the SP is installed... Any opinions?
Case seems to fit very well btw. def recommend it.
It's up to you, but I wouldn't assume that the screen protector that is included is of great quality.
Screen protectors are used to protect from scratches more than anything, not impacts. Whether or not you want to risk that is up to you. I have been running my Nexus without a screen protector for 3 months and do have a slight scratch on the viewable area of the screen, and another one in a non-viewable area.

Hey guys,
so in the past I've found that when i use a case, especially the snap on ones, they start pinching away at my screen protector and the screen protector eventually gets **** inside and i need to remove it.
This happened on my Sgs2.
I have a screen protector for the s3 and i really want a case but i don't wanna get one that ruins screen protector or pinches against it.
Any case you guys would recommend for phone with screen protector?
Thanks!
Okay so, I got my replacement Nexus 7. I didn't get a screen protector because Best Buy was only selling the ZAGG screen protector for the 2013. I do NOT want to buy this one, it ruined my last two Nexus 7's. What screen protector should I get for this? I don't want one that is too thick to the point of the screen not sensing my touches and I don't want one that requires any liquid to be applied (like the ZAGG one). I just want one that doesn't look like crap, doesn't get scratched easily, and does the job well for a long time. Any suggestions?
Oh, and.. I do know that this is an AMAZING screen and I basically don't need a screen protector if I'm just using this casually, but I still love having the extra protection.
I love the tech armor screen protectors for 6 dollars u get life time warranty comes with 3 in pack just email them they send u new pack I also use theirs on my iPod touch
Bought these and still have it on, no touch issues, no bubbles (used the hinge method to apply).
Hi, I know the watch has a sapphire crystal screen but I still want a screen protector. The one I have bought is tampered glass one but it still leaves a gap around the edge. Have any of you got a tampered glass screen protector that is pretty much a perfect fit. If so can you leave a link to where you got it please.
yeah i'm thinking about going this route as well... anyone have any recommendations?
