Anniversary SMS (autosend)

Hi,
I am looking to find a simple utility that would send a pre-defined Birthday / Anniversary sms to my contact based on the dates already available in Windows Mobile Contact information.
I have tried searching on this forum and on the net but to no luck. Does anyone know of any such software. The closest I could get was RJ SMS Scheduler but it requires us to feed in a schedule. I wish to find something that can look up the contact list and pick dates itself.

Message taken! you could say I am lazy, unintentionally though, mostly due to lack of time. Intentionally, I would like not to miss a single event of the 400+ contacts I have on my phone list.
Can only imagine how glad they would be to hear from me on their special days and how happy I would be to know that I would never miss any good wishes for any of my good friends.

I checked this software but it is quite similar to so many others available on net. It requires us to set up a schedule to send the sms to particular contacts.
Instead I am suggesting the app could pick dates itself from the Window Mobile's Contact List and send sms from templates, we create and save in there. This way we do not have to add birthdates / anniversaries to Contact List and then set up another scheduled sms through a third party application for our purpose.
I hope I have managed to explain what I am looking for.

Ah, I see what you're asking for now. I don't know of anything that can do that, but it would be a good idea!

Not that easy
I'm looking for such application since a long time, but no luck. The application should also consider the following requirements:
MUST HAVE:
- choose the correct phone number, cuz the text messages should be sent only if a mobile number is available for the specific contact;
NICE TO HAVE:
- built the text message with a variable string where automatically should put the name of the contact;
- should have the possiblity of exclude some contacts from the auto-SMS in order to avoid sending the pre-configured SMS to your girlfriend for example
Will see if someone can manage it in the future.
P.S.: I have more that 400 birthday to remember

THis shouldnt be a big thing. I think it is a easy one. maybe i can work over it. but dont take my word as i am bit busy in office and upset as i busted my touchscreen

Thanks Mohit for putting this together. I've set it on my system though had some issues with display on Touch HD but was able to use the controls and set it up. Couple of questions that I had in mind -
1. Does it have to be left running at all times or can I at least shove it off my running task list.
2. Every time I add a new contact and his / her birthday do I have to update this software too to add the new contact to it's list.
But otherwise it seems to be a nice piece of work.

well no need to keep it running as i am using notification que to run it at the designated time. like an alarm. so u can just exit after setting up every thing from options->save n exit
and about updating new contact u just need to open the app and click options-> "add contacts bday", it will automatically fetch the new one and update it. also it will remember the last message u had set up.

Well, since the MS Facebook application did have a lot of negative comments, it would be nice to see someone trying to make it better for the WM users. And, the request itself can't hurt, so - yes is my vote.

Surely want one. Microsoft's Facebook app is extrememly ugly even I don't wanna show that screen to my friend. And I cannot accept that lack of funtionality.

Hello guys, I have idea about the Perfect APP and who is able to make such thing will become a Millionaire with sure.
1st wana say im not a programer and i just have the right idea.. i cannot do it by myself but i decide to write it here and maybe some of you can be interested.
Its hard really but its inovation and worth the time because will change almost everything.
Now every single day we clearly can see that more and more the peoples start using they Pocket PC to surf in the net than the regular methood so.. all costumers LOVE the direct application.. like YouTube PLayer.. like many other because they dont need to open a browser and to type there the url.. and to wait to load.. they prefer ready APPs because is alot more easyer, Faster and Smooth with one single click you are there where you wana be.
My idea is:
Single Program.. that will be conected to a web address, in the web address can have actual INFO of alost everything.. from Wheater, Finances, Cinema, News, Sport, Flight tickets and many more.. you name it..depends how hard you wana do it..
So imagine one single APP in your device.. when you run it.. directly to appear like web page all the INFOs and you just choice what you wana chek today.. also will recognize the Country AREA and will show you exactly the INFO you need.
For example if you are from UK... when the app load you will be able to see the curency GBP to all other.. the corect wheater for your city, what movies will be played in the Cinema, Events, News and all this for UK... so with app like this you will be always in touch you do not need any more.. to read newspapers, or surf in internet to read some news etc.
Application like this will be inovation and will change everything in the MOBILE bussines.

I'm all for it! Hopefully Google will put it on android at least, but it would be amazing to have it on wm too, the mobile web version at the moment isn't very good.

Now i understand why you been baned befor. i was thinking to not answering anymore but its seems that you do not UNDERSTAND anything, and again writing Sh..ts about ME without to know ME and without to atack you.
1st Im not a Begger and i do not begg anyone to do a script or any program for ME, i wrote a IDEA because i cannot do it by myself if i was able to do it i will do without to write here.
2nd I know there already have similar apps But this app can be even better, simple and with alot more INFORMATION.

I dont think so. You activate whatsapp with your phone number. I dont think it gonna work.

Do you know a feature called 'my folders' under MESSAGING option in Symbian based Nokia phones?. We use this feature to sort the SMS to the different folders.
Is there any way to bring this feature in this phone?.
