Hi guys,
It started when I was charging my phone. It suddenly started restarting. It will be stuck in the HTC logo white screen and not proceeding further and again restarting.
I have seen many posts in this forum and tried downloading stock ram.
I have copied it in my memory card.
while restarting if I press volume down, it will go to Hboot menu. There it is showing software status OFFICIAL and LOCKED.
I tried selecting recovery mode, but instead of showing recovery menu it is again going to the looop.
I even tried doing a FACTORY RESET. But even it is going to the loop.
Please help me guys to get out of it.
1. Tighten the 2 buttons the volume + button on the 2. Connect the phone to your computer hold the volume + button 2 power button and when the black screen button to hold the volume- and the power button to enter bootloader mode

Shut the phone down. then remove the battery and wait 20 seconds and reinsert it. Then try to get into recovery (look here for how to http://www.android.gs/enter-recovery-mode-lg-g3/) mode and see if the phone is recognised by the computer if you connect it. Then do a data factory reset in recovery.
Turn off your phone – you can press power button once for selecting “power off” or you can press and hold the power key for about 5 or 6 seconds.
Now, press and hold Power and Volume down buttons at the same time.
When the LG logo appears, release the keys.
Immediately press Power and Volume Down buttons again until the Hard Reset menu will be displayed.
Press Power button once and confirm the hard reset operation (this will not be necessarily if your LG G3 is running on a custom recovery image).
That’s it; now your LG G3 will boot into recovery mode.

thank you very much for your response.

the only response from the phone is when i press the whole buttons and it take me to a koren menu showing imei.
I am facing a problem which i have never faced before.
My phone is a Sprint HTC M8 Stock Marshmellow and working fine. The problem is when i want to enter fast boot mode, After turning off the phone when i try to press the power button + volume down, the phone vibrates and then nothing happens except a black screen. I can understand the phone is in fastboot mode as its detected by the All in One Tool. But no further movement after that. I have to press Power + volume Up to reboot the phone again to enter my os.
In simple words i cant access the bootloader menu, all i see is a black screen. Can anyone help please?
I have been using my HTC Desire 820 for the past 2 years. It was updated to Marshmallow two months back.
All of a sudden my phone had a restart. Ever since, it turns on - gets stuck in the logo - restarts. This has been happening in a loop.
Totally stuck with the problem.
Thanks
I'm no expert but...
Have you tried plugging in the charger? Forcefully turning off the device (long press the power button until screen is totally off)?
Do you imply that the software is official (updated over OTA from the settings), or did you mess with the device? (install custom ROM/recovery etc.)
After turning it off, maybe try to turn it on by pressing both the power button and volume down, until it goes into HBOOT menu (example image https: //forums .androidcentral.com/attachments/htc-one-m8/144676d1414689464t-htc-one-tampered-locked-security-warning-imag2693.jpg - delete the spaces). From here, you may try to access the recovery (navigate with volume buttons), and after entering recovery hold down power and volume down buttons for about 5-10 seconds, release, and you should see a menu. You may try to clear the cache.
Alternatively, if you are willing to lose the data on your phone, you can do a factory reset from hboot.
Hope this helps.

Thank you but it hasn't helped
hello friends i have a Problem my htc one m8 stuck on White htc Screen i dont can boot in the bootloader menu what i can do now ? My dvice is rooted , unlocked and it have the trwp installed. When i press power + vol-down Buttons nothing Comes and the vol-down key works.
greets marvin
power + vol down doesn't work if the phone is already on (even "stuck" on the boot splash screen). That button combo only works when powered off, or during a reboot.
Do the following:
1) Hold power + vol up to force a reboot. You may need to hold the buttons for a minute or so, in the current "stuck" condition.
2) When the screen goes black to reboot, but before the HTC logo screen appears (you have about 3 seconds) let go of the power and vol up buttons, and only hold the vol down button. Do not let go until you see the bootloader screen.
3) If you fail to get into bootloader, it's always due to getting the timing wrong. You either started pressing vol down too late, or let go too early. Just repeat Steps 1 and 2 above, until you get it right.
