Something is wrong with your camera then it's probably faulty or some connectors are broken
Also, try installing older updates and see if works then

i follow these steps when i downgrading my ZF 2 firmware
http://www.asus-zenfone.com/2015/12/how-to-downgrade-asus-zenfone-2-firmware.html
before you downgrading have you try to hard reset (wipe date/factory reset) on recovery mode or re-flash the last firmware using adb sideload

SGH I747 will only boot in recovery

So i rooted my phone successfully and yesterday supersu stopped working. to try and fix the problem i went into recovery and erased the chache partition and the davlik and now my phone will only boot in cwm recovery even when i dont do the button combination. i decided to try and just go back to a stock rom but odin keeps failing it. i made sure the drivers where up to date and i have the right rom. im using odin 3.07.
Do a full wipe and put your phone in download mode (vol down+home+power). Try another version like 1.85 or 3.09 and disable antivirus software (if you use one).

Format system and preload partitions from recovery.

What error give Odin?

Sent from my ASUS_Z00AD using XDA Free mobile app
It tells you the error.
It's looking for a 2.19.40.12 fingerprint.
Your phone has a 2.19.40.18 fingerprint.
So it's failing due to that.
I did this:
I flashed the system.img from the Z00A_WW_2.19.40.18 firmware and recovery img, from there too.
But before flash the two files, I had to unroot the phone, and restarted after unroot. Then I boot into fastboot mode and flashed the two files above.
After that, I downloaded the Z00A_WW_2.19.40.20 incremental firmware and everything worked ok.
If you flash again the system.img that will keep your data.
After the update, I re-root again, flashing before TWRP and ater I run the supersu2.46.zip, from TWRP.
After this, I think the bootloop problems are gone way from my Asus Zenfone 2.
I hope to help you.
uninstall ROOT,BUSYBOX,XPOSED FRAMEWORK before update

[Help Needed] Downloaded, installed OOS 4.0 update but phone still boots to 3.2.8

I was running 3.2.8 as of this morning but decided to go back to stock, so I:
flashed stocked recovery
installed 3.2.8
setup my phone, etc
connected to my vpn
downloaded and installed the update
phone boots to 6.0.1/OOS 3.2.8
I don't get it. Originally I had an issue with the update, it wouldn't install. SO I rebooted to (stock) recovery and wiped cache, rebooted and was able to perform the update. But when the phone rebooted it booted to OOS 3.2.8. WTF?!
Update - it does NOT say update successful, okay so that's a little better. But why the OTA is failing is unknown.

Download the file again. It could be a bad download.
Also, make sure you're using the stock Nougat recovery.

I reinstalled adb drivers and I can at least get the stock recovery to attempt to sideload it, but the install fails like it does from the system updater.
Could be the stock Nougat recovery that I am not using - perhaps I am using an older version - where can I verify the download for that?
For reference this is where I got the stock recovery - https://s3.amazonaws.com/oxygenos.oneplus.net/recovery.img

I re-downloaded the zip, I just wish I knew if the one I have was the latest version, and thus correct one.
Also, yeah I wish there was a OnePlus 3 Toolkit, not that I mind doing it all manually, I just don't have much time on weekdays to do this.....

Fix Bootloop after Magisk Install

I followed a guide to unlock and root my Huawei Mate SE, BND-L34C567b130, EMUI version 5.1, Android version 7.0. I installed Magisk in TWRP and then No Verity in TWRP. I'm guessin that no verity is what is causing the bootloop because apparently you don't need it anymore? If not I don't know why it is boot looping but reinstalling Magisk via Twrp is not working. What can I do? I can get into Fastboot and I cant get into TWRP, my boot loader is unlocked and I do have my unlock code. Or maybe thats not what is the cause but what ever the case I need to fix this bootloop.
Have you tried installing Magisk again after installing no verify to repackage boot?

Yes I tried installing magisk after and before no verify and both cause the bootloop.

I would try a factory reset since no verify would have wiped data anyways.

I was going to say TWRP reset. There are instructions somewhere on this page (posed recently from what I remember) for getting back to factory recovery (where you should be able to factory reset), but I have never done it.

OK sorry it's been a while since I've checked xda to save people. I have the Huawei Mate SE the equivalent of the Honor 7x but with more storage. You installed everything correctly and did nothing wrong. The a few of the latest versions of Magisk bootloop our device. Use the Magisk 18 and you should be fine.
