You should put how high is the volume with this mod.. For example. 65 o 67..

Great work. But without the values it's not very helpfull. Just add the values . Like willi_3609 did with his sound-mods.
Well, you can download it and check the values by yourself. BTW speaker value is changed to 71 with this mod. So it's loud.

Well, it's loud, but fine for me. I like it loud I just want to inform others about value of speaker, so don't mind.
Everything works like charm on D802 with CM13. Nice job man!

Not necessarily if you turn down the gain also. Hopefully that is what this does! Because if its 71 that's way too loud.

Isnt that the same? Isnt a gain of +1db from a base number of 65db equal to 66db?

Ya but there should be a way to raise the volume to a certain level but not to much where it distorts. Too much gain will give feedback and distortion especially on little speakers.

Yes I took a look.this is just simple dsp manager/any other equalizer editing.it has really small effects.its the same as buyng winamp pro and use its equalizer.

no dude..just wanted to say that using these libs, the output of speaker using dsp manager is not distorted whereas while using default cm7 dsp libs, the sound gets distorted heavily (as mentioned in the link posted)
can you integrate the dsp libs mentioned in the link with your mod and give it for testing ??

I really do not know what it is... I do know that it is an option in Google Music from the menu button, and it really seems to work well with the speakers I am using.
I am curious if there is a native way to launch it.

Played with this for an hour tonight, trying to get ANY discernable difference in the audio quality. Zero. Zilch. Nada. Doesn't do anything at all.

Since leaving sense based roms I've noticed a distinct lack of power in sounds via headphones particularly, even with zero's mod installed on AOSP roms. This mod has restored the extra volume & punch to the sound through my senneiser in-ear phones.
I could never hear any difference on sense between having xloud flashed or not, but I would describe this mod as being what enabling xloud would sound like, very impressed.

it won't work on 1032.. if you flashed it, your home button won't work and power button too...
if anyone want to test, better take keyguard.apk and odex backup first and try..

S5 Volume Boost ¸¸♬·¯·♩¸¸♪·¯·♫
.v1 Lite
All sounds boosted by 4, I choose to increase by only 4 as I felt this gave a great boost to the stock level without sound distortion.
from feedback this is the best/perfect level of sound
.v2 Medium
All sounds boosted by 5, Medium Level sound increase. personally untested due lite is best for me.
.v3 Extra Loud
All sounds boosted by 6, Extra Loud Level sound increase. personally untested, could cause a crackle sound when music, ringtone etc is
played.
.v4 Lite + Headphone Increase
Same as Lite, apart the headphone volume is increased slightly more, tested and is ok for a boost to your tunes
It would be a good idea to do a nandroid backup before hand.
Any problems please reply, and flash the restore to get back to stock level
Easy flash guide:
Drop .zip onto internal or ext storage
and flash with recovery.

No it does not. StallionUK recommended using Vipre4Android for it's Bluetooth gain capabilities.

This mod has already been done on the latest rooted ND2 v1.1 rom here:

You must be rooted and deodexed and make a backup first.

i m using galaxy s4 lte-a with s5 rom. i tried your volumeboost which is just for headphone and the microphone of the phone did not work and then i changed back. can you write me which part of the script should i change for headphone? thanx in advance
