HTC Desire

Good Afternoon
People, I have a question, I have a HTC Desire Radio U_55.05.27, had BOOT 1.2, the HTC is root, S-OFF and I reset the factory as the original kernel version of HTC and the original of Gingerbread 2.3.3
It can be done?

Sorry mate, I was just trolling. I don't quite understand what you need help with, can you explain further?
Do you mean whether you can restore it to stock HTC 2.3 Gingerbread? if that's what you mean then yes, just go on htcdev.com and download the 2.3 RUU, then plug your phone in via usb and run the program you downloaded.

hmm that's a common problem.
This is just a hunch, but when I was updating to the latest version of HTC Sync, it mentioned something about being able to repair the phone if it's stuck in the HTC screen, you could give it a try. I don't know maybe I read it wrong, I tried to google it but I didn't find anything.

Question about goldcard

can i use a gold card that made on a HTC sentation to up shipped rom for htc desire???
i have ones but when i update rom on HTC desire it's still get error wrong CID pls help
or pls give me the correct ship rom for my desire.plssssss

hboot 1.02? you must be on 2.3 Gingerbread then. Just downlaod the 2.3 RUU and you dont need a goldcard. Check #resources on my guide for it.

That is just a RUU gone bad.. this happens from time to time.
You can keep trying, or try one more thing which sometimes magically works.. Put your phone in a plastic bag, and stick it in your freezer for 20 minutes, then try the RUU again.

System Update?

My question, Doing this won't affect anything, Will it?
I never owned an HTC and always saw a lot of numbers. Anyone accepted it?
Main: Will I still be able to root?

Yeah, I'm PrimoC as well. I didn't install.
But I did notice that I had about 10% battery and the phone shut off. This happened when I got it. Could've been from just the battery being dead, and not charged.

well I did installed it and there were some updated apps nothing new and updated hboot and of radio aslo didn't have problems downgrading :good:

OTA not working with Default rom but CWM reocvery

Good day, hope someone can explain or help me get the HTC default OTA working, without anything to drastic
So my problem as title states I cant do any OTA on the stock with CWM as recovery, I get an error. which I will try paste some screen shots.
the phone downloads the update
phone restarts, then boots into CWM and i get this error:

Is the same process as flashing cwm? are there any guides to get stock recovery back on?
is there anything I'll lose when flashing the new recovery?
Will i lose root? if so will rootkeeper work?

HELP PLEASE, My One M9 Does not update, corrupted OS..!

I´m new with my HTC ONE M9 and stuck in android 6.0, every time I try to upgrade to 4.27.651.4 Over the Air, the response is my OS is corrupted.
Actually:
Bootloader is Locked,
CID is 111111111, and
S-Off.
What am I doing wrong? or What is wrong?
I have tried, flashing 0PJAIMG.zip, RUU´s, and nothing works.
I´m very new with HTC´s but learn fast, If any of you could bring to me a Step by Step in order to repair my phone..!
I´m desperated. Any help is much appreciated..!

Have a look through the other posts in this section as there are a couple of posts more or less identical to your own with links to resources needed and advice how to fix.
Btw
It's the rules here to give you all the tools necessary to fix your issues yourself, including searching and reading other threads to find what you need.
It's not our job to point you in the right direction......?
