Any recovery for this model? Its a china based no playstore.
If it's HTC Desire 816t (Mobile TD-LTE version) version than common twrp will work(I think so),you can try but keep the default ruu for safety,you can find custom roms at romzj.com

Provider: O2 Telefonica Germany
Unlock Status: Unlocked!
Current Rom version : Cyanogenmod 11.2 (KitKat 4.4.2)
Current Recovery version: CWM 6.0.4.8
Current Software version: 4.18.401.4
Now i want to try the "Android Revolution HD 33.1 | Sense 5 | 4.18.401.3"-Rom, because the cyanogenmod dont work properly for me.

ive Downloaded the required Rom and the Flash_boot.img

-Proper HBOOT version for Jelly Bean based ROM - How To change Hboot - Stuck
ATM im stuck on the Firmware updates. As far as i know, i have to update/modify the hboot version. How do i get the right Firmware.zip ?

This to you don't need because you have the latest JB firmware and with this latest HBOOT.
You can install ARHD when you want without doing enything more, just flash the ARHD and flash the boot.img

I'm from India and I bought HTC One m8 from a person but it is an AT&T version I want stock rom of marshmallow But for India. Please help me out I already flashed twrp and root the phone just needed rom.

you can flash any rom have international support ( obvious )
and if your device s-off you can convert it to international as well
I currently have TWRP 3.0 and it does not work with GAPPS Aroma. I found some stuff in some Russian sites but they are long gone. Any higher version than 3.0 is accepted.
