i downloaded an interactive watch face from facerepo and send it to huawei watch using watchmaker premium. but why after reboot hwatch, the interactive watch faces does not work ? need to send the watch faces again to bring it work.

I know this is probably a dumb question. I have both of these apps installed and was wondering, do they have to be running all the time or only when I want to change watch faces?
No they don't need to run all the time.
With WatchMaker you can also send faces to your Watch and then you don't even need to open the App on your phone - Just change to a different watch face directly on your watch.
