I used to use Xcam which was awesome for 2k recording. Now I am on CM rom and having difficulties looking for an app that supports 2k or 4k recording. What do you guys suggest? thanks.

2/4 k recording is not supported on CM. For now, at least...

Same question!
Any news? I would really interested.
60/120 FPS recording is a hardware related issue, you can't do it JUST with camera SW. As far as I know (and I tried a few apps that does 120fps capture) the N3N doesn't support 60 or any higher fps. The camera on this phone is very basic and limited. It is a budget phone after all. Don't expect all the bells and whistles like Note3
Hey there ! Im looking for some Camera App that can use LG G3 Camera flawlessly and Record 120fps at 720p or 1080p.
Is it even possible or nope ?
If yes can you recommend me ?
Is the video recording quality/audio when recording fixed after the 3.2.2 update? Planning on buying this phone over the upcoming note7/s7 edge. I like the touchwiz interface but not the Samsung bloatware apps like their keyboard/gear manager etc..
I shoot alot of 1080p video I don't think I will ever shoot videos at 4K
For 1080p is the OP3 video quality good enough?

1080p is still pretty ugly. They bumped up the bitrate of 4k video though, so there's definitely a noticeable improvement there.

Audio has been fixed now.
1080p can still find some improvements (OIS still isn't working), but it does give out good video.
Getting an app like proshot will get you image stabilization and allows you to change the video quality beyond what stock does.

Thanks for the replies guys. Got my OP3
So we've seen a couple of improvements to the camera since release, most notably with Portrait Mode recently. This is great, but where is the 60fps video? The phone must surely be capable of 1080p60 if it can do 4k at 30fps?
Neither the Razer camera app nor the modded Google Camera app I'm using allow me to select a different frame rate; does anyone know of an alternative app that can shoot higher FPS? I'd shoot 1080p60 all the time over 4k 30fps.

I'll subscribe to this thread, wondering the same thing. I have a feeling it would have to be updated by razer In firmware or some skilled coders here first. Seeing as we have treble, android P maybe? Should get released pretty quick for us!
I use snapdragoon camera that allow you to enable 60fps and 120 FPS video at 1080p

Nice! thank you for that suggestion. HSR mode doesn't work for me but I only wanted HFR so I'm ok
The hardware doesn't support 4K @ 60 FPS
where do i get the Snap Drag camera?
Hello guys, as the title says 1080p 60fps video recording feature. I heard it is possible, so could this be added as default on custom roms?
I don't know if lineage snap offers 1080p60 but apps like >>open camera<< and >>google camera<< offer 1080p60fps and much more!
