Hey guys ,
Am able to use my moto360 with a bluetooth headset and with Wear Media app to fully listen to Music directly through the watch . So , I was wandering if it's possible to make calls directly through the watch ( Connected to Phone Surely ) with an app for example that allow me to talk through the Watch and listen through the headset . Mainly , leave the phone in my pocket and use my watch to make the job .
Also , Could you suggest useful , productive apps that makes the watch more intersetting and also could be used autonomusly .
Thanks in advance

Hi guys, I really hope someone can point me out in the right direction here.
I just bought my nexus and I love it, except one small thing.
Each time when I use my phone for streaming music over bluetooth to my car the music plays like a charm but when I turn the the car off the music keeps playing on my nexus and it never stops until I manually close the app.
The app turn off by itself or?
I´m using stock rom btw.
Thanx in advance.
I'm streaming music from google music via BT A2DP regularly in my car and the stock player always stops streaming/playing automatically as soon as the BT connection is lost = I turn off the car.
Suspected that it would work as you experience
Hi all,
I hope that these are valid questions and someone may be able to answer them for me.
I am in the market for a smart watch but have some trouble finding out what these watches can ACTUALLY do.
Let me give you a scenario. I currently use my phone when i go out on the MTB (for health and fitness) with headphones.
I use MapMyRide cycling app to track and record my cycling sessions etc. I also listen to music and take txt's or calls from time to time whilst out.
Now I was REALLY impressed by the looks of the Moto 360 and I would love to be able to leave the phone at home and just take out the watch with me, but can I???
I had previously an i'm watch from Italy (nice smart watch) and although the watch, apps and everything was sweet i had some serious issues with it.
Anyway thats another story but I would like to be able to store music on the watch and listen to it vie corded or BluTooth headphones. Is there an app for this or does it have to use the phone??? i.e. the watch is merely a phone controller.
I would also like to use something like MapMyRide with GPS tracking etc and sync that to my phone when i get back home, so that the phone and watch are both up to date.
Are the above possible or do i need to look at other devices??
I await in anticipation as i like the Moto360 but just not sure if it right for me??
Thanks
Kev
Not quite yet. You can view your progress on your Moto360 (I use Runkeeper, but Mapmyrun/walk/ride work with it too), but you'll need your phone with you for the GPS.
I think the only Android Wear watch with built in GPS is the Asus (or Sony - I'm not sure). With those you'll be able to track your location and rides.
You can (as of this recent software update) have music saved to your Moto 360 and listen to it via a bluetooth headset.
The lifelog app doesn't work in my Nexus 5 with Lollipop, someone that have the same problem?

I have the same problem... :/
Me too!
Lifelog works for me partially, it shows the steps i taken, but i can't get it to recognize when i sleep
I really dont understand, why is this function so big problem for so big companies as Google and Sony. My 20USD Xiaomi Mi band has no problem with counting steps and monitoring sleep. And even another great function - I can set different number of vibrations for Whattsup, SMS, Skype atc...
Why this is not basic function of Google Wear and 280USD Sony SW3??? Google Wear for me is still "early beta"... Tizen on Samsung Smartwatches and even some cheap chinese watches are much more usable for now...
I'm using the original LG watch and google music for offline music and podcast playing in the gym/running. I have a moto 360 coming shortly. I was hoping that with the newest update enabling wi-fi, transferring music to the 360 would be done via wi-fi instead of the painfully slow bluetooth. Has anyone had any luck with wear downloads via wi-fi or are we still stuck with bluetooth to push those audio files over to the watch?
Well, Moto360 doesn't have a speaker. How would you listen to a music then ? BT headphones ?
Care to explain this Gym/running thing about listening to music ?
I'm really interested now to have to keep a phone with me all the time.

For about a year google play music has had the option for local storage & playback on wear. If you have downloaded some content for offline playback on the phone your wear is paired with there will be additional options in settings under "Android Wear". There are quite a few articles about it that will walk you through the process.
However the phone will sync music to your wear via bluetooth (which can be slow for large podcasts) and I' curious if anyone using a wifi enabled watch has noticed if the syncing is done via wifi, since it's available with the newest update.
And I was wondering why I need an internal storage on the watch.
I just had it for 2 weeks now, so still figuring it out.
Thanks
hello guys !
I've passed all my yesterday afternoon to search why the application IMO (Free calls and videos) doesn't work on my MATE 8 under Android 7
Text messages were send and received very well, but no calls nor videos !
The reason of this ? My Huawei watch !
When i stop the watch => IMO works perfectly !
When i start my watch => only text messages work !
The only solution to make IMO working, with my watch on, is to disable "read audio from the phone to the watch" in parameters "Bluetooth" of the watch
Is there any other solution to avoid this ?
Thanks for your replies
