This pertains to me on my device but its a general question in regards to app subscriptions using my device
Is there a way not only to be able to not only charge premium paid apps to T-Mobile billing but to also charge app subscription charges within the app to T-Mobile billing ?

Use dinamotxt. It syncs over Google+ with your phone and will let you use the WiFi version as a texting device. Works well

If your with rogers also with your cell phone there is a free service that comes with your plan called rogers one number allowing you to make calls and send texts through any tablet or computer and it uses your actual cell number. The app is on the play store

Do we need to do anything to get the full MLB At Bat services?
Just download the app from the play store using T-Mobile network.
1. Disconnect your wifi and connect to Mobile network.
2. Go to play store
3. Download/Install MLB At Bat
4. After installing, Go to the app and select "redeem" or something like that
5. Now you have a free mlb at bat for season.

They did the same last year when they partnered with MLB. I imagine itll be every year till their partnership ends.

It just occurred to me. Softcard is no more after 3/31, and AT&T & Verizon both invested a lotta $$$ in that right? Has there been a device on these two updated to Lollipop withOUT Softcard?

Not sure what you mean by unlimited tethering?
I converted my ATT to Dev Edition running unrooted stock and I have tethering.

What I mean by unlimited tethering instead of your tethering data going against your allowed tethering data it goes against your totally unlimited data.like on T-Mobile instead of using up your 3-5Gb's of tethering data it goes against your totally unlimited data.If your tethering set up is working this way please let me know. Thanks

Ahh OK. I guess that's the difference then. I do not have a tethering plan activated but with the Dev Edition you can turn on tethering and it would not try to verify a subscription with your carrier.
