I am using Fulmics 3.1 rom in my sprint and its good. its been 1 day since i flashed the rom and havent found any bugs or issues so far except some touch issues while fast typing. Not sure. the issues might be with my phone also. Ill update if I find any bugs. U can either go for fulmics or prime gsm stock mm 9.5v(not yet updated). But mean while, if u want to have MM Experience go for Fulmics 3.1 rom.

CloudyG3 is an excellent rom. Very fast and fluid
while searching for the cloudyg3 i found a post about the v20p.
someone said that the v20p is better than the cloudyG3.
what do you think?
thanks ahead.

He will probably update cloudyg3's base to v20p so no worries.

if he'll update. will i need to reinstall my phone data all over again?
Ive got a stock rooted 20P rom installed and it runs flawlessly, i think out of all the stock roms this is the most fluid and has the most free ram on average. Cloudys rom hasnt been updated since he used 20i as a base and theres been other stock releases since then, im not sure he will create a 20P based rom unless there is a demand for it and nothing has been stated on his rom thread.
My personal favourite is Paranoid Android 5.1. It's been quite stable so far and I'm definitely enjoying AOSP more than LG's stock ROM.

Probably not. But it's good to have some fresh installs now and then just to keep things clean and running smoothly.

This method is for LG G3 D855 only.
First you’ll have to downgrade to KitKat (I advise using the KDZ method): Here
Root your device: Here
Flash TWRP: Here
Download the necessary content: ROM / Gapps / SU
Then boot into recovery mode, do a factory reset, flash ROM --> Gapps --> SU. When thats done, boot your device up and you should be ready to go.

thank you,
i did all that but the PA has lots of bugs
i guess ill wait to better version
but thanks alot
i think that it depens on very much things... for examply.. i jumped to G3 from SGS3 and in G3 I miss a few things from SGS3 (full log, call/sms feature from log, brightness settings - in G3 is very stupid, etc) but in stock rom there are many things which i miss for example in CM ROMs... qslide, slowmo, multiwindow, qickmemo, timed send of SMS.... it depends very on ROM and what do you want.... i saw th "best" phones and want to combine it in G3 and I am afraid it would be long journey for me
Almost all AOSP /CM based rom have bugs in current stage.
If you are looking for most stable rom, LG stock V20P rom is what you want.

Jiayu S3 Lollipop Is HERE!!!!

needrom . com has the rom. im not allowed to post links so yeah. but i am installing it now. i will keep everyone updated on how it goes.
Official Lollipop 5.1
.. is found on needrom.

Nice. Tried LL (spanish mod) and so far so good.
I am running the Beta3 Version (including TWRP) and had to flash it 3 times until everything worked.
Its crazy sometimes, but after the first installation the internnal memory was not working.
After i did the same thing again. The internal memory was working but the bluetooth stopped working.
Now, after flashing it the 3rd time everythings seems to work fine.
Its important to have twrp because you need to flash the rooting zips and gapps.
but it works nice no further issues so far. ( I have a S3S)

Well I have my G3 for like 3 weeks now and it is very nice. First thing I did was rooting and downgrading aboot and after that installed CloudyG3. All is working good. Battery is good. Camera is like in stock. Didn't try any other ROMs but the ones that are not based on stock have poor camera (due to OEM libs and frameworks). What I did to Cloudy G3 is adjusted DPI to 530 (because stock 640 is HUGE). My advice is go for CloudyG3. Don't restore apps make clean flash and you should be good to go.
Dude you must try this rom. you will love it for sure.
SlickRom
Super smooth and best battery backup.
Welll, I have my g3 with cloudy since i bought it because of the stock camera. Besides, its a great rom with a great support from the community.

Can l flash european .kdz on korean model?

Hello, I've recently bought a LG G3 Korean model F400s . I successfully rooted, install recovery and then went for the latest build of xposed modules.
So, now that I have some "freedom", is it possible to flash an European .kdz on my device?I say European because they are similar on specs apart from the extra ram for the Korean model.
It could also be an US .kdz if it's working...anything but Korean. I would like stock .kdz in any case.
I'm willing to try anything really and not afraid to brick it.
Hi,
No, you can't flash a EU KDZ on your device.
I'll recommended to find a custom Rom suitable for your device.
I think Cloudy had an specific Rom suitable for your device.
Regards
Thanks for your reply. Could you recommend a Rom based on stock heavily. A stock Rom?
CloudyG3, SlickROM, XtraLite
Is it possible to flash one of these and then into it so that I can use my banking app?

Apologies, what I meant was can any of the above mentioned roms be installed and then can the rom be unrooted.
The reason I cant have a rooted rom is because my banking app that I regularly use won't run on a rooted device.
I have an F400s and rom updates are few and far between. Their are some niggles with the current official LG rom such as problems with dropped calls, but because it's an F400s I can't exactly ring LG and complain because the phone is an import.
I'd like to run a custom rom that has decent support but I need to be unrooted for my banking app.

Did you try to use Root Cloak to hide root from your banking app?
Otherwise, if you flash the non-rooted ROM you lose root again..
I read some threads a while ago which suggested that the Barclays Mobile Banking rom originally worked with Root Cloak but then didn't answer never versions of the banking app were released.
I might try flashing another Rom and try Root Cloak for myself, but to be honest I don't 'need' root these days to be honest.
Out of the roms mentioned above, is there one in particular which you would recommend?
CloudyG3 is probably the best when starting off as it's the least modified.
SlickROM is the smallest in size so is probably the most optimized.
Though, if you don't care about the camera, BlissPop or Resurrection Remix offer the most customisability & performance..
Thank you for your advice.
Typical though, the thread I'm reading through at the moment isn't one that's on your list. What do you think of XtraLite?
....Under their feature list I'm trying to find out what the 'LTE / 4G Mod' is.
I haven't used it myself..

That doesn't inspire me to use it then. You obviously know a lot more about the current roms than I do hence I'll probably go with Cloudy.
I've rooted and used custom roms from the G1 right up to getting my Nexus 4 but it's just not something I've down with my G3 F400s but I feel like I should having had it for a year now.
Which rom are you running at the moment?
Sent from my LG-F400S using Tapatalk
I think it would be safer to flash Cloudy first, as either XtraLite or SlickROM need a 20P ROM to be flashed first. Can't remember which one tho.
The only downside with Cloudy is that you have to flash the CTT mod after, as its are not built in...
I flashed Cloudy on mine, only received it a week ago via Aliexpress, and it's going great, but will probably try both XtraLite & SlickROM in the next few weeks to check the differences
Happy flashing
I flashed both XtraLite & SlickROM, and must say I prefer XtraLite.
The DPI fits better

Try Eclipse V5 if you want a TW rom. I am using it. I just flash it two weeks ago. I also on stock 4.4.2 before this. First time flashing. Never knowing soo much about rom and other stuff. Make sure you read a lot before flashing. Most of the instruction can get online. Although V6 is out, but i still stick with V5. Most V5 info can get from "[ROM][GT-N7100][TW 4.4.4] Eclipse By AC" under "Galaxy Note II Original Android Development". Happy flashing.

i have been using android version 5.1.1 based on CM 12.1 by ivan meler and i have been using this phone with this rom for the past two months , it's development has been completed that means it is the most finished version with literally 0 bug or lags and i must say i didn't expected this kind of performance at all ... this made me revert back to my note from my iphone 6 (you can imagine the smoothness of this rom) i would not recommend you marshmallow based roms becasue about 20 days i tried one and it had issue so if you use this device as a daily driver i would say go for 5.1.1 roms instead and CM 13&MM is still in development phase that means developers are still making it worthy .
you can hit the thanks button if i helped if anyhow .. if you need any noob friendly guide on how to root and install custom roms you can always ask me .. and there are quite of few tutorials on xda a well as Youtube

Yes it's based on CM but I tested some Marshmallow Roms and this ROM is really good.
Try Ivan Meler's Cyanogenmod 13 Rom ( Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow).
It´s pretty stable and i had no problems until build 6.
Wirth build 7 there is a problem with bluetooth for some people.

All the custom ROMs (not Samsung official) must be installed with a custom recovery like TWRP or ClockworkMod. The custom recovery can be installed with Odin.
I have been like a month with CM13 and I had no problems, but if you want a stable ROM, install an older one like CM12.1 aka Lollipop.

OK. And how it's update?
From 12 to 13 When will be stable. Need again flash and wipe or OTA update?
Try Dr. Ketan's kit Kat, N3, N4 and S5 features. Truly superb. Great battery life, Viper FX for sound. Stable. Tried many but always come back to this one.
