Samsung galaxy s4 mini GT-I9195 bricked without doing anything. - Galaxy S 4 Mini Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hi all, my S4 mini won't turn on, while i was messaging, the display shutting down and can't turn on it.
When i connected it to my pc, my pc found new driver: QHSUSB_DLOAD. I searched it on google and i discovered that my phone was bricked without doing anything. So i flashed a sdcard with debrick.img and my phone finally showed:
Code:
BOOT RECOVERY MODE
CHECK BOOT PARTITIONS. .
BOOT RECOVERY
WRITE 139008 sectors
ddi : mmc_read failed
ODIN MODE

SYSTEM STATUS: Custom
KNOX KERNEL LOCK: 0x0
KNOX WARRANT VOID: 0x0
CSB-CONFIG-LSB: 0x30
BOOTLOADER RP SWREV: 2
WRITE PROTECTION: Enable
So i tried to flash it with Odin and after Odin said:
Code:

So i searched on internet PIT files and i found "CSB_signed_SERRANOLTE_ONEPIT_OPEN_130523.pit", i tried to flash with it and Odin show same thing:
Code:

While on the phone showed:
Code:
PIT FAIL : TOTAL SECTORS 0
ODIN flash read failure
I tried nand flash erase and show me other errors.
I think emmc died, if not, can anyone help me?
if emmc died, how can i install all partition ( bootloader ecc.) on sdcard for start the phone with it?

Have exact same fault, so do others.
Be nice to know if this is hardware or soft fault and possible remedy.

[Q] GT-I9195 - Bootloop

Hello!
I have problem with GT-I9195.
It was hardbricked. I unbricked it with SDcard and debrick.img. Now I have bootloop problem. I put phone to download mode and flash with stock ROM but it has bootloop again and there is No command in Recovery Mode. I tried to install Custom Recovery and still same No Command.
I tried this method:
(file names starting with: )
Bootloader (BL) > BOOTLOADER...
PDA (AP) > CODE...
PHONE (CP) > MODEM...
CSC > CSC...

I get this error:

Which bootloader is on the phone? Are the error messages from Odin 3.07? Are you unchecking everything except f.reset time and auto reboot in Odin?

Bootloop. Tried to go back to stock and filed

I had CM13
I used the option of extending the internal memory through the SD card if that's important
Now I've tried going back to stock, but I got a message that there is a problem with the md4 file.
I then tried to work with the full set of files (PIT, BL, CSC, etc.)

Help: Samsung a320 flash problem

I can't flash my Samsung A320 (A3 23017) with the original firmware usin Odin. I previously did the flash, but now Odin fails with the exact firmware I used before. I rooted the device with TWRP to rid some bloatware before and now my second attempt to flash fails. Any suggestions? Thanks
