I live on the internet and have been living on the cloud for nearly 40 years which make me the most experienced visitor xda will ever have
Spent 3 weeks looking for the Huawei Mediapad X2 forum without success so I had to abandon that ideas and vent here
Suggest xda sort this asap

Downloaded the mobile app
Spent another 6 weeks trying to find Huawei mediapad forums
Used the search and found 100s of posts
many of those posts had a link to the forum I wanted
But the destinations took me to hooga-balooga
Now obvious that xda is designed only for people that live here full time (with a few days to spare to figure around the abysmal navigation)
I'll come back when you've got a clue
Out!
Bye bye :fingers-crossed:
You had "Subscribed" set to show, not "All". That's why most of the forums were not being shown. You just had to click on "all" and you would see a list of all the forums.
Perhaps you should have asked for help.

Thank you a Million for this, I had been watching that site like scrazy for Windows Mobile to have it, I tried it on the Titan aka Mogul and it's working fine. Of cause the touches are not functional so I have to use it like a smartphone would. But thanks a million for the link. YOu are the best

Yahoo Go beta is old news that I know of. It's kinda a memory hog as well.
* cell standby * ( forgot the D in the topic ) What is it and why is it using up so much battery ? It is taking up 45 percent of my battery and my last reboot was about 24 hours ago.

Lol next your going to say your display uses up nothing compared to Android System and Cell Standby right?
Haha this is a known problem
You are right but why be a douche about it ? You could have just told me it was a known issue without the typical cool story brah cat pic. I see internet cool kids are still the same no matter what forum you use.

Oh goodness I'm sorry, I really didn't mean for it to come out that way, but I really couldn't resist
So I looked at your previous posts and I saw you asked the same question I did a few months ago. No one was a douche to you when you asked the same question so why be one to me ? Just because you know something someone else does not should not give you the right to be a douche to them.

Why the Device-Home direct link is not working, no subforum links at all.
Sony Xperia...
SG i9300
Very frustrating....
They are working for me when using a browser but if I use the forum app then it shows a null page. This maybe related to the forum apps & what they do when a person clicks on a sub forum link, I think they can't handle direct linking of sub forums.
I don't think its a problem with XDA forums in general but could be related to the forum app plugin.
Cheers !

Here's what I get when I click on the links in the OP(I'm using Tapatalk):

After some testing, it is adblock or better some Google stuff which gets blocked. If ajax.googleapis.com is blocked, you will not get subforums.
I'm not sure what I should think about...sad you can't really use a forum without third party "services".

1 & 2 see here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=25915966&postcount=1
3 show be a given: http://www.xda-developers.com/recognized-developer-program/
4 & 5 are Members that are found to be worthy thru a process of selection from a Committee / XDA Staff to help Maintain and assist with the XDA Forums.
6 Since Swappa is now the Official Market Place for XDA, there are a few Members that take time to help and make others aware of the Official Market Place by passing info and or directing Members there: http://www.xda-developers.com/announcements/xda-makes-swappa-its-official-marketplace/
7 You do not want this, if you have this, means you have been found guilty of violating the Forum Rules.
BTW #7 will get you every time, especially when duplicate accounts are created....

I own the Note 10+ phone since November 2019 and only today it started displaying notifications from app: Find My Phone.
According to information displayed i am not able to deactivate these notifcations, but is ity really impossible?
My phone is model N9750F and it is not rooted.
Any hint?
Many Thanks
P.S. Sorry if this issue has already been postes before, but with new layout of XDA Forum I fid not find the search option within the forum :-(

I was having the same issue, and found an interesting article that might be the solution:
[Updated] Samsung Offline finding (Find My Mobile) notifications bothering users
Samsung users are being bombarded with notifications from Find My Mobile asking them to turn on Offline finding, but there's a workaround.
