Hi, im sorry for my english
i have a problem with my xperia m,
first i check the bootloader unlock allowed YES
then i do unlock and flash
after finish the booting take so long, after that im flash again using stock rom
and i see no signal of network
check the bootloader unlock allowed change to NO
please help me :angel::angel::angel::angel::crying::crying::crying:

no, im didnt instal any recovery, i just flashstock rom and then no card detected, i check the bootloader the status unavailble

Install flashtool and then flash stock firmware using it... Then the sim card will be detected by the way which model you have single sim or dual?

See flash it again you have no choice then and follow this thread

Also check if the sim is not the problem and check if it is not set to WCDMA only mode

If you did it right and its still not working it's not software problem but last try flash it with Sony PC companion..... if it still not work it maybe a hardware problem... Get it repaired.... But it should have worked if you flashed the radios correctly it's the first case in which im seeing this

Flashtoool is open , i click ón flash but the file does not show up as on option to use.

Wouldt say i struggle, But buttom line is i cant get 'SO-02F_14.1.H.1.281_docomo.ftf' to show up in flashtool, im trying and it feels ridiciouls its not like im sitting at a computer for the first time, but there someting im missing.
Im new to android, never had problem like this unlocking other OS in the past.

Welcome to Sony. Reboot your comp and if it still doesn't show up then god knows.
Have you got latest version of flashtool installed?
Not near my pc, but am sure theres the option to browse for the ftf file in flashtool? Just make sure source folder is pointed to the firmware folder your ftf is in and flash.

If the hash is wrong, you simply redownload the file.
Since, sony released new update couple of days ago, with 15.4.a.1.9, rc2, many of us have unlocked bootloader, so can't install it via OTA and also not through PCC.
So I was wondering if anyone knows how to capture the OTA?
If anyone have ideas, please share, I can try to capture it.
BTW, I have tried to install the ota, even on unlocked bootloader, but it takes me to cwm, nothing happens, not hard/soft brick etc...

use pcc...it will download update fils,,use flashtool create ftf...
its already uploaded in xda before 3-4 weeks

This is a bug fix update I think... I downloaded via sus but asap i started phone after updating, update center app shown me this update...

Will rooting via Lorenzoval link lose any data and/or unlock the bootloader? Any can rooted phone still receive and install official updates? Sorry, first time using a Sony phone, used to use Nexus. Thanks before.

You will not lose any data and your phone's bootloader will not be unlocked. You can install official updates but you will lose root.

Hey guys I'm kinda new to Android I've had a chappy phone and now an LG g pad after attempting root about a dozen times I finally managed to get it root now I am trying to get TWRP to backup the tablet and change the boot animation later but every time I tried on my pc it would fail so I installed flashify and tried with that I then I got a boot error saying security issues. The tablet stills boots but I believe the problem is the locked boot loader. Thanks for any help offered.

Have you installed root checker or another program to confirm that you do, in fact, have root? Start with that.
If you haven't installed a superuser app to handle permissions, I'd do that as well before trying to install TWRP.
I'll admit I had troubles installing TWRP as well, when looking at the forums, make sure you're downloading the version for your EXACT version of android and firmware, and following the instructions for the right version as well. Good luck!

I got it flashed yesterday forgot to post that so i tried to change the boot animation and soft bricked it luckily i backed up

If you do flash modern, try flashing 3 times over because sometimes it takes a couple of flashes to stick for some people. Can't hurt.

looks like the downloaded file was corrupted. download it again & try
remove the battery & wait for 1 min then insert. Hold press vol down + home + power button at the same time download mode will appeare. Flash stock rom. Don't use the pc while flashing stock rom.
