How to Make a flash-able kernel file

if I have a custom ROM zip file .. how do I make a flashable kernel zip file??

wow.. no body knows how to do this??

and
com.HTC.resources.apk

[REQUEST] Xperia ICS bootanimation for GB

I had the flashable Zip before but I erased accidentally and now I cant find it in the forums anymore. If some1 can make it or have it plz can share the flashable zip.

Download a ROM, extract boot animation, failing that go search the themes and apps section.

I dont know how to do that kind of things. So if some1 can make a flashable zip for me it would be nice.

I have the ROM zip but dont know how ro make a flashable zip for that.

You can just reinstall ROM without wipe to correct any error... but anyway... here is the fusion.apk flashable zip

My bootlogo is removed. Can someone upload a flashable zip with a bootlogo? jrummie's app doesn't work.
