[app] Stock apk´s from GB 2.3.4 for SGA

Hello guys this post contains the apps that comes with the stock ROM (gingerbread 2.3.4) on the Samsung galxy ace.
I wrote this post because I can´t find these apk´s anywhere on the cloud, so I was forced to return back to the stock ROM to search for these apk´s that I want to use or edit.
Now for your easy way to get these apps I put them right here!!

Yes men you´re right those apps are from the official ROM of Telcel Mexico, but it works on all devices.

Appreciate you for putting them all in one place.btw What about the music app?

Right... the Music.apk is missing (unless it have another name)

Why camera.apk and camera.odex is same with browser.apk and browser.odex

helo my friend the reason I didn´t put the music app is becasue the app is very comon and you can find it easily but if you want me to put it I´ll do it!

thans for sharing.
i have a question. how can i use them?
i simply copied .apk and .odex file into /system/app but my phone does not display shortcut on home screen, app drawer or application lists.
when i clik the apk file using file explorer, App installer appears and wants me install it. But nothing happens.
Can you help me please.

after copying them to /system/app you changed permissions of files ?? if no then try doing that.. it will work for sure
permission must be rw-r--r--

what are you trying to install ??? and setting permissions needs reboot to get apps working [for some]

mostly you cant as stock apps depends on stock framework and samsung things which are not there in cm roms

i'm using custom 2.3.5 rom based on cm7.
my fm radio requires bluetooth.
fm radio in stock rom does not requires bluetooth is started.
i want to change my fm radio apk with stock one.
i've tried what you said and restarted my phone but didn't work.
i wil appreciate if i get any solution.

stock apks need stock framework, wouldnt work on cm7 based roms.

Original N II Wallpaper

If anyone could post the stock wallpaper, I would appreciate it, I flashed Whomp and simply restore my data, but once I tested another wallpaper I lost the stock one, they are not included in this Rom. I could always reflash, but figured if someone could post it that would be great. :good:

No body knows where I can get the 2 Stock feathered wallpapers ??

OK, looks like the stock wallpaper are stored in the syste,/app file as a APK, so what I am looking for is the Note II stock TWwallpaperchooser.apk If anyone has this, TIA

Actually those two stock wallpapers are in framework res/drawable-xhdpi, but give me a min I'll get you Twwallpaper chooser.

Just put it in system/apps and change permission then reboot.

Umm, when I tried to move it from SD to the system folder it won't allow to move, does the permission need to be changed first, also when I click on properties, it does not give me option to edit permission, I assume I have to use a different app ??

Are you using root explore?

ESFile Explorer, when I go to move it says denied.
I also renamed the APK, to TWwallpaperchooser

Use root explore its better also don't rename it.

K, also here is a screen shot

OK, I am able to move with my Romtoolbox Pro, I set permission, then I tried to rename as the original and told me to choose a different name, so I then checked and noticed there is one already called SecWallpaperChooser.apk. should I delete that one ?? I assume the is the Whomp wallpaper that I am not using, or the Nexus 7 looking one in wallpaper.

Yeah you could delete it, and replace it with the new one.

OK, done, weird that it would not allow me to to the system/app folder with ES File Explorer, that app has changed so there must be something I am missing to allow it to move the to the system.
I was able to move it to system, but not the app folder, from system, I then use Romtoolbox Pro to move it in the solder, then profit

1-copy SecLauncher3_ESS.apk to priv-app/SecLauncher3_ESS and set permissions rw-r--r--
(Delete arm folder if you are odex)
2-reboot
3-install themes and icon5 apks
4-open themes long tap on icon5 the apply
5-give root permissions then tap restart
6-enjoy

is your note 5 launcher supported by themes already or will still install 3rd party apps from playstore?

The launcher isn't diffrent but i found a way to apply icon pack on it so it looks nicer

for the weather daemon / try using the s7 MOd of Cherniavski..it may work just extract the zipfile and get those those apps from the app folder and push it to your system/apps then update by turning on location and sync...here is the link...https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B0AGKxXT-aJwSGc3a19SXzlnQzQ/view

{PORT} Sbike Mode for Grand Prime

hello friends, I'm Yash and I'm back with Sbike mode for grand prime (ONLY LOLLIPOP TW USERS)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1) first of all extract my zip
2) u wil find two things BikeMode folder and QuickPanelManager.apk copy BikeMode folder to ur priv-app and set permissions rwxr-xr-x for BikeMode and all the folders inside it...
and permissions rw-r-r for apk and arm folders inside.....
3) Reboot ur phone and install More Shortcuts app or Nova Launcher and find Sbike Mode
it will surely run
(NOTE: QuickPanelManager.apk is for those who want Sbike Mode in their Notification Panel and I'm not sure if it will work or not)

Everything works except rhe quick panel manager cannot find SBike.
