[Q] Is there an "activity" to turn screen off?

I'm using Apex Launcher. You can set gestures to perform actions. I'd like to set swipe down to turn the screen off because I think it would be easier than using the button. I've looked in the "activities" but couldn't find anything. Any ideas?

Swiping up from bottom of the screen

Hi all. Does anybody know how to remove or replace the Voice Mate, Search and QuickMemo icons that appear when you swipe up from the bottom of the screen. Thanks in advance.

I would recommend switching to the new PA ROM that was just posted yesterday. It is pretty stable from my reading in this forum.

Lockscreen shortcuts?

I hv seen a photo in an article abt G3 on phonearena yesterday and noticed that some versions have lockscreen shortcuts in display settings, but mine has not! Can anyone confirm with which version has that feature?

It depends on which unlock method you have enabled whether the shortcuts are available. They won't show up if you are using knock code.

Yes. It appears in swipe to unlock mode only. Actually it should still have been there but greyed out if others activated.

Is there a quick way to get to home without using the home button?

A gesture or another Shortcut? I tried setting it up using Nova but I couldn't find a way to add the shortcut

I added the side panel which does the job. Wish it had a transparency setting, though. I'll have to look for play store options

Because you can wear out the button? I've had to replace iPhone home buttons for this reason

I like it. I've switched to that. My only gripe is that I would want to cut down the number of portals that shows up. Sounds like I need to get the add-on for that

Hi
How do you change the lock screen animation? I think there was an lg app for it but can't find it after I deleted it. Not among the apps in the apps drawer.
