I have TunedIn installed on my FireTV and I have an AirPlay speaker that I want to send the Audio to.
Is there any native FireTV app or any android app that anyone can suggest that I can use to transmit or mirror audio from my FireTV to my AirPlay speaker? Thanks!

Maybe its because i dont have any ios devices but when you say mirror does that mean just play audio through the airplay speakers? Are the speakers Bluetooth? Ive been able to pair headphones to aftv. Cant rememer if i sideloaded the settings apk or got it to work with just the stock settings.
By mirror, I meant play audio through airplay speaker I own. It is an airplay only device, not bluetooth. (http://shop.panasonic. com/support-only/SC-AP01.html)
I would think that there would software that would turn an Android device into an Airplay transmitting device, but maybe im wrong.
I use AllStream on my phone to stream to AirPlay and DLNA receivers. It forwards any sound playing on your device. Works well with Pandora, Spotify, Amazon Music etc. I am not sure if it would work on the Fire TV. It requires root and you would need a mouse to navigate it. Might also require Google Play Store for the paid version. So not a trivial project. Let us know how it goes.

I use it regularly to stream from may phone TO the Fire TV running AirReceiver on the Fire TV which works great (I know this is not what you want, just as information for others).

Ok, here is what I want to be able to do:
Setup:
-Have a Revue googletv connected to my Denon receiver which is connected to the TV. Wife and me have a Samsung Galaxy Nexus
Denon is not networked, but am open to replacing the receiver (it is old, no HDMI switching etc.) with a networked one.
Question:
I want to be able to listen to pandora or Google Music app triggered from either of our SGN's playing through the living room speakers connected to my Denon receiver. I want to make it as simple as possible, so I don't want to power on my TV and then use Revue's Pandora or Google Music app. I want to be able to use the SGN phone's app. I know I can control the Revue with the Android app on my SGN, but without the TV being on, you can't see what's going on...
It would be great if google had airplay like functionality, so I wouldn't need to switch on TV, I can just goto the Pandora app (or Google Music) and select the Receiver to send it to and it would play it on the speakers connected to my receiver.
Any ideas?
So this is not possible then I guess?
Install Bubbleupnp on your phone's and the Revue. You will need the paid version. Set the Revue up as a renderer. Set your phones to use the Revue as a renderer. You won't need to turn the TV on, just pick the music on your phone and play through the Revue and Denon. You can even use your PC as your media server...
Has anyone managed to get a PVR working on XBMC or SPMC on the Fire TV? I'm using Windows as my host with a HDHomerunPrime, and so far have managed to get TV channels and the EPG to show up, but when I play I get no sound. I've tried ServerWMC and NextPVR with more luck using ServerWMC (I use Windows Media Center as my primary PVR with Xbox 360 extenders)
I'm thinking my sound issue is something with surround sound, I've connected via optical to an older Sony receiver that supports basic DTS and Dolby Digital.
Also, the EPG is extremly slow to pull up and very laggy. I saw a video on youtube with a guy that had it working with an Ouya SPMC version, possible I need to try that.
If anyone has any input or tips that'd be great. If I can get this working smoothly I am to the point where I'm gonna cut the cord from cable an go to OTA channels with an antenna and apps for the rest.

Hi!
Is it possible to use the (unrooted) AFTV as a Bluetooth Audio Speaker?
I want to connect my Smartphone, to play my music on my home cinema System, which is plugged into the AFTV.
Thanks in advance

it's easier to use bubbleupnp or some other UPnP through XBMC. Right now Bluetooth audio is not working very well on the firetv.
I would be very interested in the same solution as well. My Fire TV is hooked up to my stereo as well. The huge disadvantage of UPnP is, that it is not as easy to use as bluetooth. Often I'm having friends over and we play music from different sources such as Spotify, Youtube, streams from websites etc. With bluetooth I can just connect my tablet and everything is working.

Dito!
That's exactly the reason why I explicitely asked for bluetooth support and not for streaming in general. Anyone here with a more useful idea?
@t3ch42: You wrote "...Bluetooth audio is not working very well ...". So can you please tell me how to setup this "not working very well" configuration? I think it would be better than nothing.

Wow could you be more of a **** about it.
To elaborate a little more, to setup the not working well config, you would use a bluetooth receiver and use an android settings apk sideloaded and connect. None of the bluerooth devices so far that need a code to connect will connect yet. But with a standard bluetooth reciever, you get a lag. Somewhere between 3/10 and 4/10 of a second usually. But thats not what you're after is it?
As far as using the firetv as a bt receiver; not supported. I would hope that this is not the case forever. I'd love to use my phone or the firerv as a bt receiver too. But the particular protocol is not supported right now.
So you see, bluetooth audio is not working very well. And not at all in the manner in which you inquired about. So, for streaming using bt, i'd suggest going to amazon and purchasing a bt receiver for about 7dollars delivered.
Since you don't seem to want to use upnp, that's your best option.
atfv bluetooth problem
hi all this is what I've notice installed new update bluetooth headset was working fine i then zero cache aftv now 1 sec delay
couldn't find a fix so factory reset aftv setup bluetooth again now working
zero cached again now delay back again
so all with this problem have you zero cache your aftv I'm not gonna reset as I've to many add ons to try and remember to install
if someone could look into that side and maybe find a fix

Can you use an external Player with the app? Is there a share button in the app to share the stream? If so either use an external player like Wondershare Player, which can cast media to other devices, or share the video with Wondershare Player or Playto and cast the videos to you Fire TV. There are other players that cast mdia, but I prefer Wondershare and Playto. EDIT: I just installed the official BT Sport app and it opens, but I do not have an account to log in, so all I get is the BT Sport background and a login form. I got it from 1Mobile Market. Just install 1Mobile Market on your Fire TV and install the BT Sport app from there.
Hello experts,
I'd love to be able to listen to this radio using your app on my tablet and streaming it to my Chromecast audio 2:
http://www.capital.it/capital/radio/live
http://radiocapital-lh.akamaihd.net/i/[email protected]/master.m3u8
Is it possible?
And how?
...I didn't fine any app really able to do it.
Thanks a lot
TuneIn has most radio stations.
If not you can try BubbleUPnP
Edit:
Just tried, I only seem to be able to cast it to a normal chromecast.
If you are rooted, AirAudio allows you to send any audio to any "cast" device. Demo is free, but has a time limit.
Use Audacity Android app. You can import stream a then cast it to CCA. Stream will go directly from source to CCA.
Umair
Doesn't have your Android a cast feature?
