OK so i have tried 3 different roms Blisspop, cm13 and XenonHD. I know there all CM based could that be the issue i've tried changing the apn to epc.t-mobile.com that had worked on some lollipop roms, but hasn't worked at all on any 6.0 any ideas?

Hello, I recently flashed my Note 8 N5100 from official CM 11 to custom ROM SlimKat beta 2.4
I have internet connection problem using 3G, sometimes it doesn't connect and sometimes it connects to internet randomly
In my previous ROM, CM11, I don't have that issue
My S4 doesn't have that issue either with same SIM card.
I have previous experience in my S4 where you must flash a particular modem before flashing to newer ROM (OMEGA ROM) to make 3G connection works, so I think it's modem/baseband problem.
In Settings -> About Tablet, my Note 8 Baseband version is N5100XXCMJ2
Is it because of my recently flashed SlimKat or modem problem?

mobile data doesn't work at all
hellboyx5, I do not get mobile data at all on my Note 8 N5100 under CM 11 (m9 and m10), so it's interesting to say that you were able to get 3G on CM11 before SlimKat. My baseband is N5100XXCMF4. Could you possibly provide me with your baseband, N5100XXCMJ2? Wondering if, assuming yours is more recent, it might fix my N5100? thanks.

Hi folks,
Its been a long while since I've played around with Samsung devices (Galaxy S1, lol) and I'm running into some issues after picking up a used Galaxy Tab S 8.4 LTE (T705W Telus [unlocked]). So far I've got it updated to 5.0.2, rooted, and installed TWRP 3.0.2-0. I've got a nandroid of the stock rom that I've been using to fall back to as well as a copy of the Telus firmware if things go south. With my limited knowledge and reading/searching before creating this thread, I know that I'd likely need an updated firmware in order to get Marshmallow, but that doesn't appear to be available for the T705W.
The Issue: It appears I'm unable to flash any rom that isn't for 5.0.2. I would have thought that running 5.1 based ROMs would be fine, considering they're both LP. However I'm not having any luck... I've tried CM12, BlissPop v4, PAC 5.1 LP, and Ressurection Remix LP. All of which result in an infinite boot of the ROMs logo (I've waited ~30 mins for each one)
The Questions:
What obvious thing am I missing in order to allow me to flash 5.1 based roms?
Is there any firmware for the T705W that I can use to run 6+ based ROMs? (pipedream)
Am I stuck on 5.0.2?

My problem is whatever aosp ROM I flash (resurrection remix, crDroid, ...) , it seems that I can't get LTE/4G on my phone (D851) even it is set as preferred in cellular network settings. I can only have H+
I don't have such problem when I use stock based ROMs, where I get the 4G connectivity with the same cellular network settings and APN.

Hello there, I m sure u guys are doing great, i just want to ask I m using LG g3 vs98510B currently on stock ROM which is Kitkat 4.4.2 and am root and twrp recovery installed, i tried to uprade it previously but couldnt manage to get uprade of cyanogenmod or Asop or ressurection remix marshmallow rom, but the only rom i went through with was Fulmics 6.5 till Fulmics 6.9, i used it for an year i guess it is OK though, but i heard and read alot about CrDroide/cyanogenmod/RRemix/AOSP/AICP/AOSIP ROMS and now LineagOS ROMs, i wanted to experience these ROMs too, so i tried cm 13 on my lg g3 vs985 to feel the change, smoothness, efficiency and new features, but i failed, then rest of almost all i mentioned, no one flashed in TWRP recovery. Every time I flashed any custom ROM i got Baseband binary updater error, fortunately i got away with backup i made of Fulmics, but doing so trying Custom ROMs flashing I once flashed the system, then i had to go back to Stock using TOT method but again i tried but Fulmics 7.5 was my approach in the end. So i start using it. But I start searching alot of forums XDA is the best I found, there i came across for flashing CrDroide/cyanogenmod/RRemix/AOSP/AICP/AOSIP/LineageOS ROMS flawlessly i need to go back to stock and after advanced wipe, wipe cache/dalvik cache the i have format the system to flash totaly brand new Custom ROM, please guide me am I right about it, and also i wud like to ask u r the developers u have better knownledge which ROM i must go for, out of:

I'm looking for a decent stock Android rom that works on the Sprint S6. I've tried Resurrection Remix and LineageOS, both of which didn't boot because the Sprint variant isn't supported. I've also tried NexusOS which booted, but doesn't recognize Sprint SIM cards. I know there's lots of great touchwiz based roms for this phone, but I'd like to try something different if it exists. Thanks in advance!
