But I can notice that the phone is on that the rear was getting hot and the battery decreasing (I can notice that when I plug in the charger).
And when I put in the charger, appears the battery charging and then this screen:

[Q] LG G3 stopped

My LG G3 stop to work, i touched on the screen but no answer just the LED flashed. I had to remove the battery, but when i turned it on just displayed the LG screen and stayed there. I changed the rom using flash tool for Lollipop, the cell phone turned on but song and some apps didn't work. I tried to install Kitkat version again, but it did work. The kitkat rom dont start on my cell phone.
Another problem is i have to keep my screen on all the time, if i do 2 taps on screen or press the on/off button the screen get off and nothing can make it on, just taking off the battery and turning on the cell phone again.
Please people help me. I know you are the best in the world and anyone here in Brazil could help me.
Sorry about the english i don't have a good one.

Hi.
If you have tried the Hard Reset and it did not work then I have to ask you if you are still under shop or LG Warranty. If you are take it back.
It may seem obvious to you my reply but it is so. If you can return it you do not want a problematic phone right?
However:
If you do not have the Warranty any longer then your best and perhaps only solution is to flash with a computer <preferably windows 7> a KDZ or TOT+DLL file. This will flash the LG stock firmware back into your phone and eliminate this issue and make it like when it first came out of LG factory.
Be careful to READ and understand very well this process. YOU MUST choose the correct KDZ or TOT file for your model. If you flash the wrong file for your model...goodbye LG G3! Do not be in a hurry until you completely understand the whole process.
Below is a link to an XDA thread where you will find LOTS of help in doing this. The OP of this thread @hyelton is a really nice and helpful guy and has helped thousands of people. Just head over to the thread, first READ the OP and then post your questions and you will get help.
If you have no Warranty do this. Be patient and YOU WILL get your beloved G3 fixed.

Good luck.

LG G3 D851 stuck in BOOT LOOP, Model Information missing Error (w/ pics), help! lol

Hi XDA family!
First I want to thank everyone for their hard work and contributions here. It's amazing community of work and collaboration developers and testers have contributed here.
Ok, now to my issue, I have a LG G3 D851 T Mobile that is stuck in a fast boot loop it only shows the LG logo then turns off and repeats over and over unless the battery is removed. Each cycle takes place in a matter of 3 seconds.
It won't let me post pictures (links) in my post because I am a new user but here are the error screen shots: just change hxxp to http:

I have tested various methods in the to flash back to the stock firmware Kit Kat 4.4.2 without any success. I have tried the .TOT method with the correct files and also the model information bypass .dll ( LGUP_8974.dll) and the .KDZ method.
1) Where I am getting stuck on the .TOT method is: Model Information Check FAIL!
2) Where I am getting stuck on the .TOT method with the bypass model check is:
Error: [14: 622] CrossDL [] to D851. SWversion
3) Where I am getting stuck at using the .KDZ method is during the S/W Upgrade is in progress , ALWAYS stops at 4 % !
I've tried this 50 times at least, it always stops at 4% no matter how long I wait or how many times I select Retry, I get the same error pictured above.
Can someone please offer any help what to try or where to go next, I'm stumped! I just want the phone to boot up and work lol, Kit Kat or Lollipop, it doesn't matter, just a working LG G3 for T-Mobile back functioning.
Please help!
Anybody?
My friend is going through the same thing, only way to get it to boot up is plug it into the charger. From my searching it seems like its a battery issue, not sure how it can cause it to reboot. Several people have claimed that a new battery has fixed the issue.

Wow, that's interesting actually!
I know the charging does seem to be acting a little strange.
This is my first LG actually and since it's been in boot loop I charged it in a powered off state and the battery went to 100% in a matter of 10 minutes which seemed odd because after testing it for just 5 minutes and plugging it back in it was showing an empty battery signed with the yellow triangle warning.
So perhaps LG unlike Samsung is more finicky when it comes to being powered enough for the Flash tool to read all the settings and what not. I'm going to try Pagel's .TOT guide again and if I'm still getting the same error I will see if I can get my hands on a good battery. Thanks!
Any other help and recommendations are much appreciated!
Same problem with LG G PRO2, F350L
Model information not available and shows write failure error while flashing laf, boot, aboot through fastboot
Flashtool gives the error [14: 622] CrossDL [] to D851. SWversion
Any help to allow fastboot write or flashtool CrossDL ignore.
