Boot to the bootloader and install ROM from there you'll find the ROMs for flashing in the "change from CN to WW" thread

well im not really an enthusiast so would you tell me how to do it

In the thread that I referenced which I am unable to post because tapatalk won't allow me to easily cut and paste, but it is in the zenfone 2 general section it will give you step by step instructions to follow, when I first got my zenfone I brought the instructions up on the computer so I could switch back and forth as I went through the instructions and using adb, it's a thorough tutorial and should get you through it without a hitch.

[Q] LS980 keeps booting into recovery

Hi dear xda members,
My phone was rooted out of the box when i purchased it via amazon, i went ahead and downloaded FreeGee and installed CWM. everything went smoothly but on the next reboot, the phone booted into recovery and i was happy to see the CWM their, but now, its stuck on recovery. No matter what i do it keeps booting into recovery.
Pushing files via ADB works, i tried to flash cm11 with ZV8 radio, but still it boots into recovery.
Did any of you guys had any experience like this ? is my device bricked ?
Thank you.

Did you make a backup of your previous Rom?, of you did, try restoring your backup and see if your phone will boot normally.

I'm not sure, I never tried to GSM unlock my LS980, because I don't know if it'll damage my phone let alone my service with Sprint and the plan I'm with.

There's a thread titled "Steps to apply OTA without bootloop" in the General section which has instructions on how to fix a bootloop - the situation you seem to be having.

I'm sorry but at this time getting the phone back up and running trumps data loss so yeah.
Follow the method on the thread, and tell me if you lose data.

NOOOO....
I have an unlocked bootloader so this may affect BUT go to Shakalaka's pre-rooted rom thread in Android Developement and download the pre-rooted rom... Use fastboot to flash and you should be up and running in no time...
If it doesn't work will be because I have unlocked bootloader but at least there's a chance you'll get your phone working with all Data intact... Try other method afterwards. Will still work...

Zenfone 2 CM13 (i need help please)

So, I tried to install CM13 on my zenfone 2 using a tethered custom recovery and now when I apply the update and restart, I am redirected to the bootloader menu. (cm13 and gapps install but when i restart i go back to reboot i go to bootloader)
If possible help me make it stay on cm13 or marshmallow
i have zenfone 2 1080p
I'm not 100 percent sure, but I believe you need installed TWRP. Tethered wont do. I could be wrong tho.

When i try to install it via adb (flashing twrp.img) it either does not see my device or it says it is unauthorized
Is your bootloader unlocked?
I have the same problem, I followed a guide I found here on xda to unlock the bootloader of the ze550ml mm beta, problem is that, after using that guide and supposedly unlocking the bootloader, using the twrp i found in that guide i tried to flash the latest cm13 build for my device but it always goes to fastboot, also the only recovery that works is the twrp I found in that guide. Please help me fix this.

By unlocked do you mean if I can get into the bootloader or into the stock recovery. I cannot get into the stock recovery but I can get in the bootloader

Do you have the advantage drivers and fastboot installed on your pc? Did you go into developer mode in your phone and turn on USB debugging? Lastly, did you authorize the pc to debug your phone? (the authorization screen that pops up the first time you send an add command to your phone)... It sounds like one of these issues are your problem

I have recently bought a 2nd hand ZenFone 2 deluxe and have found that it is rooted so there are some apps that won't run. I've tried a hard reset, but that didn't work so wondered if anyone could help me through another methods to get back to an inspired phone. Help please!

1. Is the bootloader unlocked? If yes, flash TWRP and wipe everything. Flash back stock recovery and flash stock firmware via ADB Sideload.
2. If no, just reflash stock firmware via stock recovery using ADB Sideload.
There's many guides about these around XDA. You're better to use search function to search on how to do bla bla.

Easiest way is:
Open SuperSu
Goto Settings->Full Unroot
Reboot after unrooting. Then do hard reset after rebooting

Samsung tab 3 10.1 GT- 5210 stock firmware issue

Hi all,
I’m having an issue with a Samsung tab 3 10.1 and done help would be much appreciated. I have tried to follow done guides but haven’t been that successful.
I have purchased a tab that is stuck in mgm/retail mode and the seller is no longer getting back to me to return it.
I believe that is a way to use Odin and flash the device in download mode.
The problem I have is finding the file to do this with? A point in the right direction would be much appreciated

This ROM is in a format supported by TWRP.
So you could in short:
- install TWRP using ODIN https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...covery-twrp-3-x-samsung-galaxy-tab-3-t3340938
- install ROM using TWRP, you can install stock or custom ROM
https://forum.xda-developers.com/ga...om-100-stock-4-4-2-kitkat-p5210-wifi-t2848279
https://forum.xda-developers.com/galaxy-tab-3/development-10/rom-lineageos-14-1-t3587761
I found another site with roms https://samsung-firmware.org/pl/model/GT-P5210/, maybe here will be the ROM in format supported by ODIN.
Did reflash the device to factory settings help?
Ok so i've tried to install TWRP using Odin - No Joy

Which guide did you follow? I am asking becouse it should work, strange.
Steps in short:
- Enter download mode Volume Down + Home button + Power button.
- Start ODIN
- Flash TWRP
- Enter recovery mode Volume Up + Home button + Power button
- Flash ROM from zip
Or with ROM in ODIN compatible format:
- Enter download mode Volume Down + Home button + Power button.
- Start ODIN
- Flash ROM
Ok so I have done exactly that with two stock rims and I’m still having the same issue. Don’t know where to go from here. Could I root it, would that work?
