[Q] HOX wont start up; can go to bootloader cant change anything.

hia,
My HOX won't start up anymore.
Ive been trying to install ARHD 31.0 wich didnt work out very well.
When im in bootloader and select recovery or factory reset my phone starts up TWRP v2.4.1.0.
In TWRP the touchscreen doenst work so basicly i cant do a thing.
Anyone an idea to get my phone back working?

You need to flash a new recovery I think,
I think touch is supported with TWRP 2.5 or 2.6, or philz touch recovery.
I believe that if you flash the new TWRP over the old one, your backups are safe and touch is restored.

Replaced it with TWRP 2.6, TWRP doesnt even start up now anymore.

Have you done:
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img
fastboot erase cache?
also, are you sure that after you installed the rom, you flashed the corresponding boot.img? Else it will not boot up.

phone is in an constant reboot now... cant really do anything...

1)hold power button down till bottom light starts to flash and phone turns
2)hold vol- and power button together do not let go power button till you get to hboot screen ie bootloader

Got into my bootloader. In there it says "battery level to low to flash".
When i say "power off" it will automaticly power on again.

thanks i can now install a new recovery
edit: installed the philztouch as recommened above. allthough it is installed it wont boot to it.
I can see the logo's on the bottom for a sec or 2 then my phone just restarts.
Edit: found some .exe ruu's online wich work but im getting a 140 error wich means version error.
I have version 3.20.xxx on my phone and can only find 3.14.xx online anyone an idea?

There are no RUU's ..
Best thing to do is to get your recovery working.
Are you sure that after you flashed the recovery you did:
fastboot erase cache
and are you sure your phone is international?

My phone is international. not branded.
But came a bit further now.
Installed ar hd 31, but it wont boot up.
It is flashed properly ( it says it does) but when i reboot i get a with screen with the green HTC letters.

in your rom zip, extract it there's a boot.img
copy it into your fastboot folder and go to cmd
type following:
fastboot flash boot boot.img
fastboot erase cache
reboot the phone

boot.img refers to the actual boot.img you have so you need the correct path to it.
or simple do:
fastboot flash boot (then drag on the boot.img file) 'return'

flashed it and erased the cache. still nog booting.

Leave it to boot for a couple of minutes. If you flashed the boot.img right it should boot up.

The first boot, does take some time....
Or go into recovery do a factory reset and reinstall rom, you can mount usb from recovery to if you need to copy the rom.zip onto the phone.

bootloader question

i finaly got adb to load my stock file it went thru the hole process pass all good i reboot it stay on htc screen when i go to recovery and enter it stays on entering recovery any help would be good

What bootloader version do you have and are you trying to use a custom recovery? If so, which one and what version?

im on 3.16.0.0000 and im using twrp 2.8.3.0 and the os is 1.54.401.5

There's your problem, the bootloader is too old to run the new version of TWRP. Either use 2.7.x or update your FW and ROM

ok i installed twrp 2.7.1.0 same thing but now i go to recovery it says entering and stays there for a bit then reboots to main htc screen with logo and stays there.the phone doesn t start up just stays on htc logo

[help] one plus 3 wont turn on

Hey,
My one plus 3 was running with CM14.1, I tried to update it today and my phone turn itself off and wont turn on anymore..
When I try to turn on the phone I can choose to Power off\Restart\Recovery\Fastboot...
I am trying to get to recovery mode but it just showing me the one plus logo for 10 sec and shutting down..
restart and normal boot doing the same..
Anyone can help me?

Are you able to go into fastboot mode ?
If so then flash this TWRP http://forum.xda-developers.com/devdb/project/dl/?id=21835&task=get
By typing fastboot flash recovery <name of the twrp you downloaded above>

used methos 2 and all works now.

Can't Access Ramdisk Recovery twrp

Hello, after flashing firmware img in twrp it go back to stock and now i Can't Access Ramdisk Recovery twrp anymore ..
It always boot into stock recovery ..
Help please !
PS : Phone Bricked, Bootloader & Frp unlocked

What firmware.img did you flash?

Haha yea but at this point i can't do anything ..
I have flashed img files for bnd-l21 (System.img, Vendor.img, Kernel.img etc) in twrp , after that bootloop on "your device can't be trusted" screen, i can access the stock recovery but i can't access twrp ramdisk recovery, the flash process of ramdisk recovey via fastboot is okay but when i try to enter via volume up & power button it didn't work anymore ..

Volme up and volume down plus power if you have usb connected from fastboot.

When i do that, i have a usb logo with percentage blocked at 5%..

Yess.. before flashing vendor ramdisk system etc in twrp all was good but now stock recovey & fastboot only, i can flash via fastboot succefully but it won't boot in twrp ramdisk recovery..

Yess i can flash system.img with succes and the recovery_ramdisk too but just after the "your device can't be trusted" screen it restart by itself ... bootloop..
I also noticed that the phone turns on twice, the start"HONOR" screen appears once with the vibration, goes out, then restart a second time on the same screen with vibration.. strange

I have tried too same problem..
I've tried everything possible but nothing happen, just stock recovery erecovery & fastboot with unlocked bootloader and frp unlocked too ..

it seems like the ramdisk_recovery partition is corrupted or missing i dont know why that's really strange cause just before that i was able to flash and enter twrp ramdisk whenever i wanted ..

yes and when it resart i unplug the usb cable and press volume up button for enter twrp jsut after flashing but it boot into stock recovery..
i have also tried to unbrick with the huawei multi tool v8 , all flashs ended with success but after restart the phone won't boot too ..

Is this the kernel img file in the update.app file ?
EDIT : Thank you so much for help !! i have flashed stock kernel via fastboot and now my phone is alive ! So it appears i have flashed a wrong recovery, thank youuu!

What is the problem, and what are you trying to do: root your phone, install a custom ROM, etc.

You think you phone have bootloader unlock later twrp all data wipe later costom rom install i am not installing later download and bootloader not working my phone now htc handing logo waot open wait

costum rom was installed on my phone I deleted everything with trwp normally I should have installed a new rom file but I didn't now the htc logo is stuck, there is twrp unlocked but I can't access it the boot loader does not open, because there is no rom, it does not open normally, there is only htc logo and red warning, maybe I can open the security mode or something else I am very tired

So, you might be able to flash an image through recovery, is it stock recovery or custom?

twrp open now charge cablo and wolume down and volume up and power button all white boot and later recovery happy and butt instal costum rom still eror
now 3 16 401 2 twrp backup download files for and sd card install ist truee method?*
