can i change program icons?

is it possible to change a program icons for a custom icon?
I want to create a theme, and have the icons for all programs tie in with the theme.
also - the fonts for the whole phone - can they be changed / coloured?

Icons in status bar

could someone teach me how to change the colour of the icons on the status bar....like u know when u pull the status bar down the icons are green....how do i change it to another colour?

No matter what theme I choose there is no change at all !

I get a weird overlay over the icons I try to change default icons to icon pack on stock launcher. Is there any fix?

like all icons are different in sizes,is yhere any way that we can get all the icons in same size. check out the screenshot

Some launchers e.g. Smart Launcher have a option to normalize icons. OP launcher is missing this option as far as I know.
How about some unified Icon Pack e.g. Whicons?
Icon Pack alone should fix the size problem.
