Going on 2 years with my N3, truly one of the best phone I ever owned. My N3 is rooted & Xposed installed, which made into a super phone. I also got my smartwatch, S2, last Christmas. Can say I used it much but would love to get the S Gear instead.

I use to have that smart watch. The only cool thing about it was the fact that you can could make and answer calls from the watch. The battery life on it was horrible though. 10hrs at the most on a full charge as long as you didn't get too many notifications. I have a pebble now which picked up pretty cheap. Pretty awesome little watch. Pretty good battery life 2 days as long as I don't have a ton of notifications plus its waterproof.

https://www.amazon.com/Amazingforle...F8&qid=1486526102&sr=8-5&keywords=smart+watch. Bought this one for my ex gf. It's very much a step up from the one you have. More responsive UI, much better battery life (just as good as my pebble), still able to make calls from it, and I think you can actually put a sim card in it too.

Hey guys I just downloaded this game and its BRILLIANT, absolutely amazingly addicting. The price is just right as well ( as of now )
"This is the kind of game you’re going to pass off to your friends and say, 'You’ve gotta check this out.' It’s dangerously addictive."
- IGN, 9/10
"It’s about momentum, speed, grace under pressure. When I play it, I don’t blink. When I die, I’m never frustrated. In moments when it has me in rapt attention on its dancefloor, it’s the greatest game in the world."
- PC GAMER, 90%

Hurry up becouse I think its cheaper than normal.
I downloaded it - the controls are a bit lagging just like Terry Cavanagh had said! After a few days of playing, I opened it up and the screen resolution is too big and cut off for my screen. Weird. I cleared app data yet that bug remained - even on the update. Luckily, I had a backup of the .apk and I manually installed it - back to normal!
Really? I gave it about 2 minutes and I'm not sure if I can tolerate any more. Its like stabbing myself in the eyes with a spike.
AW: Super Hexagon, one of the best games I've played.
Its really cool, I love it on my nexus 7

I watched the video, and if I had that app it would make me break something.
Grabbed it a week or two ago. Just recently beat the first level. I lasted like 1:16.
Too frustrating for me. I own an N7 and the developer said there were issues with it so I tried it and got my refund. That's one reason the Play Store rocks.

So freakin hard, yet so addictive! The controls are a bit choppy, but it's not bad though.
So I play Ingress with my phone, tablet and what seems to be any electronic I can get my hands on. So I'm always in need of a little juice for my electronics. I previously owned the EasyAcc 12000 mah portable battery and was decently happy.
I just got my anker Astro3 after looking at specs and wanting a solid feeling charger for my new Nexus 7 Gen 2 and my note 2. Here is my un boxing photos and I'll report my experience if you guys would like.

Have had it for the last couple of months. Lasts a really long time. It has held it charge for months. A bit heavy but feels solid. Use it all the time when Im ingressing.

I have one and would 100% recommend it.

Another +1 on the Anker batteries. I have one and they are great.
I have had it for couple of months now. I have used it almost daily playing ingress and other different reasons. It powers my note 2 no problems. I have noticed that the universal port closest to the smart usb port charges the fastest. The size is convenient. And especially the shake to active feature. When I'm on my roadbike I just shake my backpack and it's starts the current. I still highly recommend it to anyone.

I bought the 20000mah or so anker battery, the one designed for laptops. Its fantastic. Very veryb well built, and works flawlessly. Fully charged it will keep me going for a 5 day trip (maps etc during day, 2 or 3 hours of films or TV shows in the evening)
photo links broken :/ please post again
I don't know why but my battery on the tablet drained so quickly even when it was off. I turned off my tablet with the battery percentage at 68 and then the next day when I turned it on the battery percentage was at 10. How can this be possible? Please someone help!!!!!

Im 50/50 about the battery life. Im happy because its better than I expected, but sad because its about an hour worse than my iPads.. im sure we can figure a way to squeeze another hour out.

That was my thread - ive just updated it, might be useful to the OP
Would it be plausible to port TouchWiz from the SD820 GS7 to the HTC 10? I couldn't see any reason why this wouldn't work using a system pull from the 820 S7, and methods similar to how people have ported MIUI and Flyme.

My first thought? ...Why? It's like putting a '95 Civic motor in a 2016 Audi.
I have both phones, I'd want to get as far from TW as possible.

Because i want to.... I asked if it was plausible, not if it'd get used.

Well, if that's the case, and considering TW is generally hated, I'm going to do the old fashioned XDA tradition of encouraging you to poke around the files and try to port it.

Could buy an S7 too. Or any number of the new galaxies that get released once a month. Chances are those already have TW ported.

You won't be able to get the full os. Too many requirements for closed sourced files made just for that device. Best you can hope for is some of the apks. Like launcher, sms, maybe dialer (not the In Call Dialer) and contacts. Those should be be compatible with a few things removed.
Looking for a Hand held Gimbal that I can use both my phone and GoPro on. The cheaper the better but I understand I don't have many options. Any Ideas?
Sent from my SM-G955U using Tapatalk
You might want to explain what a gimbal is or why you need it and in what context you'll be using it. you mention gopro so potentially, it would be in a rugged environment or sports.
Just saying, if you want responses, clarify.
Yep, Also never heard of it...

fancy word for selfie stick
I use a ikan FLY-X3 PLUS, It works great as long as you don't have lots of wind hitting the phone. Its better with my S7 or GoPro.

Gimbals are definitely not just selfie sticks. They're for producing cinematic quality video and are quite effective when used correctly. I've got a DJI Osmo Mobile that i was using with my S7 but I havent had a chance to try out the S8+ on it yet. I'm going to guess that it'll be pushing the limits on the motors for it though.
Anyway... just set it up for the S8+... Looks like it'll work alright but no way your gonna get it to work inside a case and you've basically got to adjust the thing to the limits of the device. I'm sure the weight and size will put stress on the motors and use more battery than normal, but it does work.
Sorry for the sideways pic:

Saw this on YT, nice side-by-side comparison of 2 gimbals, plus he has OIS on and off with each one. That's where I found out what gimbals are (as far as smartphones are concerned).

Zhiyun smooth Q, cheaper than osmo and can function comparable to it.
