Guys，I received an update 10D from my H818N HKG variant. Are there any differences between 818n indian version and 818n hongkong version? Seems that hkg version is too slow to updates. (Got mobile data problems)

I have an LG Y110K phone as shown below. Korea phone do not accept sims due to the rom. Up to rom KDZ European version to receive sim but cant use keyboard. Please ask is any method to edit the kdz file so that it accepts sim and receives keyboard for the device.
