My Moto 360 2nd gen is from China. It has only Chinese as the language option.
it does not pair with my country(India) Android Wear.
I had to install the chinese version of android wear. It synched fine but still no option to change language.
Is there anyway i can flash the watch and install the english language version, or else update to the latest world version with multi language support.
My notifications are in english but everything else on the watch is in chinese and i do not have any setting options to change the language.

I might not be able to get all the technical terms.
Please help me in getting the ADB over bluetooth, i am not sure about this.
I will share all the device details i get on the watch.
The watch does not pair with the english google play android wear app.
I had to download a chinese version of android wear app from lenovo and then pair the watch.
Notifications are displayed in english but everything else is in chinese.

I don't know if it's already known here, but I just want to share.
There is a more or less massive bug in all android wear versions on the moto 360 which affects all apps. They will not shown correctly when you use german language.

FYI, this bad behaviour happens with most non-English languages. Confirmed in French for example.
To bad I cannot use the ok Google voice actions in my own language at the moment.. Even English is not supported that well at the moment as far as I know. "navigate to London" does work but cannot navigate to Amsterdam [emoji15]
I have set the Google now settings (on my phone) to English and second language to Dutch. This doesn't help understanding voice actions at all, it only makes it worse.
Is German good supported at the moment?
There isn't even Dutch language menu support on wear... Come on Google..
Does anybody have any tips to make it better?

On my phone, navigation commands are understood but not on my watch.
For example... When I say "ok Google", "navigate to Amsterdam" (on my phone with Google now) it starts the maps navigation.
When I try the same on the watch it only start some websites found...
Can someone try what happens on your watch?

Same with italian language.. as far as i keep english as first language it works but italian as second language as well is not working almost at all!
on the phone everything works fine... when i get back on the watch italian even if selected doesn't work well.. and after yesterday update the blue circle spin much longer than before.. before was istantaneous !
i hope they work on a better release!
Hopefully google will sort this out sooner than later. I even cannot choose the interface language in Dutch. There is German, French, Spanish, Chinese etc but no Dutch. Not even after the Aw5.0.1 update...

One other question, when initially installing the watch, I can select a few languages. I have set it to English, no problem, but there was no Dutch(Netherlands) available. I hope this is normal and Android Wear is not yet in Dutch? Or am I missing something?

Hi all,
Friend of mine was in China, I asked him to buy Moto 360 2nd Gen for me from China because in Jordan where I live I couldn't find it to buy.
The watch has only Chinese language. When it boots there's only Chinese Language as well as all the apps and maps are for China even Android App Wear it should be the Chinese version.
So, how can I add the English or install a fresh Android Copy for the watch.

Hello fellow Nexus 5X owners
I would like to use the Google Assistant with it's commands and cool features, but the problem is that you need a) nougat & b) either English or German system-wide language/locale. But I don't want to change my whole phone to English, I woul like to keep it in my native language (Czech). It wouldnt be a problem with Marshmellow because there you could change the language/locale on a per-app basis using an XPosed module AppSettings. So my question is, does anybody know about a way to do it in this situation? To change the language just for the Google app so that it thinks my phone is in English and it allows me to use Google Assistant?
btw. I know I have to change the build.prop and stuffs I actually got Assistant working if I change the whole phone to English, so that's not a problem for me.

I would be grateful if somebody can give me an advice. I have Philips 43PUS7303 with Oreo OS in it. When I use Android assistant it always open YouTube app as a search result, never execute command or open option. How to use Assistant for anything else but YouTube search?

Edit: Actually there is no option in TV to choose country only language. It is same if I choose English, Serbian, Bosnian
