Official CM13 is out for all Find 7 phones!
From what I can see, CM13 natively supports LVM. It also seems to be pretty stable.
More notes coming after a few days of testing!

Happy flashing everybody!
EDIT:
LVM DOES NOT WORK. Cyanogenmod reps have since said that they will NOT be supporting it in the future either.
Hi, does it support new LCD R63419?
Thanks
Do we have the bug list ??
Anyone have flashed it? Is it smooth and stable?
I have a Find 7a.. I tried so many times to reflash cm-13.0-20151204-NIGHTLY-find7.zip but it just only stucks/hangs in boot animation. I don't have any problems booting omni, nameless and crdroid early marshmallow builds.
I got it working, and it's really stable. HOWEVER! LVM IS NOT SUPPORTED AS PREVIOUSLY THOUGHT. And, to make matters worse, you cannot convert an SD card to internal storage quite yet- it hangs and bugs out when you try.
THIS IS NOT STABLE unless you normally use an unmodified partition! In which case, the ROM is blazing fast, and I would definitely switch over as soon as possible.
As for the other questions: I have no idea if the new panel is supported. And there's no changelog provided on CMXLog, unless I was just looking in the wrong spot.
are they kidding with us? i installed the cm13 and only it has the 2.95 gb memory, no support of unified storage!
We can still be able to use like that way, but who cares if we don't have the rest of the memory.
It says, the rest of the memory is corrupt, and Show dialog for fixing it, and not Works!
Do we have to return back to ColorOs again? (((
Damn, I'm currently on MIUI, this is so tempting.
My head says yes, but my heart says no!
Just kidding, heh heh

If you really like how CM works, I'd try @jejecule's CRDroid. I just installed the latest version and it works just as good as CM13, plus has proper LVM implementation. Check it out here!
Thank you for your advise. I installed the new nameless marshmallow rom. Its well working now.

For those wanting LVM and newer LCD support, I highly recommend the OmniRom Marshmallow builds. I'm running this as a daily driver and it's perfectly stable.

I feel, battery drains fast in test build.
I installed it yesterday, tried many times with same result. I always chose to not convert external SD card.
In this condition the internal SD seems inaccessible to me. If you try to access the internal SD, you're prompted to insert an encryption password. If you set the password nothing happens and the SD results inaccessible. If you do NOT set a password, when pointing to internal SD you're prompted again for encryption password.
Can you tell me what I am doing wrong?

Probably nothing. Cyanogenmod actually pulled all the builds recently because the storage wasn't being read correctly. This thread should tell you everything you need to know, if you want to try again. Apparently they've fixed it with their latest build.
Thanks BG64, in fact I installed new nightly and no more problem there.
I also tried Unified partitioning method by tashimotor http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=64149659&postcount=3 whitout any problem.
Nice to see my app storage boosted from 3Gb to 25Gb!!!

Why with new CM13 nightly is not possible to use SD storage as unified storage for apps?
Must always apply unified partitioning method? I'd like to apply unified storage from new CM13 nightly directly.. DO you think it will be possible?

That is absolutely possible, you can do it directly form CM13 every time you insert a new ext SD. Every data on the ext SD wil be wiped out when you do it.
I prefer unifiyng method because I want my ext SD to be an ext SD, because I use it accross other devices.

Usually Samsung sd-cards work best with the HTC Desire. Try getting a class 6 or class 4 sd-card.
Ok i try to get a new sd card with that specs, but i like to know if the sd card can be the only factor to my problem, because i try to install many roms like leedroid, cooldroid v9, mildwild, and every rom show me a differente errors as leedroid get stuck in a reboot loop, cooldroid revolution v9 get stuck in the black htc logo, mildwild show error of the kind "sorry the process com...." with almost every app (this happen with 2 or 3 roms i try) the rom i used before this problems is oxygen 2.3.2 and work fine without no problem but now i install this rom and every time a install an app the phone makes a quick reboot and show me the welcome message of the rom every time, i search for a solution or explanation but i dont found anything similar to my problem, maybe someone have any idea of what happen whit this??

If no ROM with an a2sd script works properly, then, yes, it's an sd-card error. You could try many other ROMs.
Oxygen doesn't have an a2sd script by default.
Just in this moment im trying to flash a rom with a different sd card but i have a problem again im going to flash the cyanogenmode 7.2 because i have this in a previous installation and i like the rom, but now i install the rom and get stuck in the htc logo, i really dont understand what is happen with my phone apparently took own life and is doing what he want :crying: im going to try with another rom
thanks
Well this is my update, i wipe/format everything, cache, dalvik, data, system, boot, sd-ext i mean everything, and now i can flash the rom that i want, the other thing is i get a 2gb sd card and i use this with and ext patition of 512mb just for try, and all work fine, in this moment i already install many apps and use the mounts2sd, the apps are use around the 200mb.
In conclusion my big problem is and always be the sd-card. :silly:
thanks to everybody for your help, i want to make a guide for newbies like me who have this kind of problems
Hi, this is my new update, i purchase an micro sd card kingston of 16gb class 4, i put in my phone create the sd ext partition of 1gb and flash the cyanogen mod 7.2, everything works fine, i install the mounts2sd and configure it and work fine too with this i can install many apps without the memory problem. But my really issue is the phone is working really slow i never experience this before, i open the camera and get stuck, open the browser and get stuck, the only option when i open something and get stuck is hit the home key and send me again to the desk screen.
Any idea of what happen? i think at first is was a problem of speed in the cpu but i see in the configuration is fine, i also think if flash to many times in a row the phone can damage anything?? I dont know what to do in this moment.
Thanks.
CyanogenMod 11 KitKat for Optimus S/V
This is a basic CyanogenMod 11 rom for the Optimus S/V. It has NOT been tested extensively and I take NO responsibility for any bricked phones, data loss or damages that occur as a result of flashing any version of this rom. It requires ClockWorkMod 6.0.4.5 or later, or TWRP 2.6.3 or later, in order to flash.
What works:
Phone calling (ZVH and ZVJ radios require a patch)
Wifi
Mobile data (thanks to thekraven)
USB tethering
Camera
USB mass storage, MTP
What's broken:
Bluetooth
Wifi tethering
SELinux
You tell me
CWM 6.0.4.6 can be found in the rom directory. Flash Skinny_4.4_Gapps.zip after flashing the rom to get Play Store and Google Sync. Other Gapps will probably be too big to fit on /system.

CM11 KitKat os2sd Version:
cm-11-20140116-thunderc-skinbark-sd.zip is a version of CM11 which is designed to run off your sd card.
To use this version:
1) create and format 3 ext4 partitions following the fat32 partition on your sd card (use gparted not a windows partitioning tool)
/data - at least 256 mb (512 mb or more recommended)
/system - at least 256 mb
/cache - at least 256 mb
2) format /boot in cwm
3) install cm-11-20140104-thunderc-sd.zip
4) install Skinny_4.4_Gapps-sd.zip and reboot
Known Issues (in addition to those in post #1):
formatting/backup/restore issues
possible reduced performance (older/slower sd cards)
reduced battery life (?)
Add wipe zips to a folder on your sd card and flash them from recovery to clear external /data, /system, /cache, or all three.
CWM_6.0.4.6-thunderc-sd.zip is a special version of CWM for os2sd that should only be used if you understand how it works. This version of CWM is not necessary to flash the os2sd rom. See this post for more info about recovery issues with this rom.
A Class 10 microSD card is recommended for best performance.
Power off or reboot to recovery before removing sd card.

Well the biggie right now is getting data going which is sort of difficult for me since my phone's not activated (next week I hope). I'm assuming you're not activated? I guess just general stability and performance, battery life, see what you can run on on it, put it through the wringer. All info is welcome since I really haven't had much feedback yet. It seems to be pretty stable. Let me know if you have any problems, thanks.
really works well...nice job. No chance to test 3g data yet, but everything else works very well...I had to install a keyboard manually, and the battery stats are wrong (fully charged, and stayed fully charged all day) but it is def a daily driver for me.

Ya the main issue is just generally its a bit slow. I'm not trying to be one of those people who dog the ROM cause devs sibt human but this is just what I have experienced. I know our SOC came out when Moses was around so I'm not expecting miracles. I'm not sure if you guys have more planned or not but its really neat how efficient the phone is on 4.4 and if it was to get faster it'd be amazing.
The keyboard, can you guys adjust the size values? Its microscopic! Hacker's Keyboard fits the bill in the meantime.

For now I can just suggest the usual speed-up stuff - turn off animations, ksm, cpu/governor etc. There may be some build.prop tweaks you could use, and I'm expectiing zram support to be enabled soon. Crossbreeder might be something else to try. If we could get ART going it might help some but I don't know if that's likely. I probably won't try to tweak the stock keyboard, there's plenty of alternatives available.

Any information is a good thing, positive or negative. Harmonia with the Xionia kernel fairly flies speed-wise, but everything since that seems to choke my phone somewhat. And Mirage is the best Gingerbread available... but I enjoy the extra features more than the speed, which is what keeps me trying for the bleeding edge.
(example: the double-tap-hold-and-slide to zoom is built in all over 4.4, in 4.2 I only saw that in Maps.)
ART may or may not happen. I have to learn more thumb assembly to fix it. My decent class for school this session (the easy one since I did 8088 back in 1991) is x86 assembly. Doesn't apply, but maybe I can get more parallell info from it. There's lots of good info out on the net with minimal searching as well, but not much if any on downconversion of thumb2 to thumb1 code. I found enough to fix a few files but there's still more to go. I'd be impressed with myself if I got that to run.
CrossBreeder seems to work.
Hi all,
because of less posts I am forced to ask in this section.
As I can see the headset volume buttons issue is fixed for our device. What about the external storage?
I am not new in flashing a custom ROM, but still am not able to move apps to external storage the default way. There even is no option for this in the application menu.
Actually I am waiting for the delivery of my new micro SD card, but am thinking about a complete wipe/re-install when I received it. What do you think, is it worth a shot or won't that solve the issue?
Thanks for your intentions in this

If you want hassle free, using move to SD feature from the ROM iteslf, wait for the new build of SlimKat. The author is testing and implementing this feature as we speak. Give it sometime, it should be ready soon: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2708677
Thanks for your answers, guys. I was just wondering, because on my i9100 running cm 11 kk 4.4.2 this was no problem. Same on the versions I used before.
I already have FolderMount installed, but only use it for one application for testing. But that is not the same. I was looking for a way to automatically move applications I just installed to the SD card. On my old build CleanMaster did that for me. Now I need to do it immediately after installation or I will forget about it.
But thanks anways!

Help all, would really appreciate it.
I'm on Mahdi's latest ROM with RedKernel, Android 4.4.4. Everything works great, except the external SD card. It will usually work once, after I use a KitKat external SD patch app. So then, i can put a file/movie on there and play it. The next time I try to write to the ext. SD card, it looks like it works, but its not readable at all. No matter how many more times I try the patch app, it doesn't work. It is so frustrating.
I am willing to change ROMs, Kernels, downgrade to 4.2, whatever.
Can someone tell me what to try, do and any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks all!

OMG. Thanks friend - such a lifesaver!! This is great!
UPDATE -
no longer working. don't know why. tried rebooting, etc. things on ext SD card won't play now. UGH.
(First post, so please bear with me)
I've been running Android Revolution HD on my M8 for about a year with great success. A few days ago I did a dirty upgrade from 45.0 to 50.2, meaning I also upgraded from Lollipop to Marshmallow.
The new version is working fine, with one exception: I'm unable to mount the external SD, at all. Have tried several different cards, MicroSDXC and MicroSDHC, both empty and with content, same result. Have tried re-formatting a card with both FAT, ext4 and exFAT in TWRP and GParted.
Everything worked fine before the upgrade, no cards work now. Mounting external USB works.
The only thing I can think of is that I have not upgraded the firmware - I'm still on 4.16.401.10. I understand there is now a newer one, but I have not yet been able to find this for European GSM models (my exact CID is HTC__Y13). Could this be the reason, and if so, does anyone know where I might find the newer firmware, if it's available? If it's not, can I use the one from Google Play Edition, or something else, even if the CID doesn't match?
Exact symptoms: In Settings -> Storage & USB -> Removable storage, it reads:
SD Card
Ejected
If I click "Ejected", I get a dialog that reads "This SD card is safely ejected, but still available. To use this SD card, you have to mount it first.". If I then click the mount button, a pop-up displays reading "SD card is mounted", but nothing actually happens, and the card is not actually mounted anywhere. If I physically eject the card, the "Removable Storage" sub-menu disappears, but re-inserting it just brings back the same problem.
Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated. TIA
@mike1986. Just thought I'd tag you, since it appears I'm not allowed to post in the proper ARHD forum. Hope that's alright.
I recommend a clean install of the rom (full wipe) as it is a huge firmware upgrade. If the problem remains it might be a rom related issue but I don't think so at this time.

Thanks for your reply. I am quite willing to believe this is a firmware issue, rather than a rom issue, although on my part this is pure speculation. If you have anything beyond speculation to suggest it is indeed firmware related, I'd happily try an upgrade. But this still leaves the question of which firmware to upgrade to, and where to get it. Any idea?
If a firmware upgrade didn't solve it then perhaps a clean install/full wipe might be worth a shot, if there aren't other, more targeted suggestions. But I'd sooner like to rule out other possibilities, given the amount of extra work involved in a full wipe.
Still no go
With Marshmallow finally being released in WWE edition for European users, I have been able to successfully upgrade the firmware to 6.12.401.4. I have also upgraded ARHD to 51.0.
Unfortunately none of this has had any effect on my original problem, and with my initial hopes that this was a firmware issue now squashed, I am frankly quite stumped for ideas. I'd really rather avoid the pain of having to reinstall from scratch, especially when I have no other problems with the ROM, and several issues with sluggish UI I experienced before in Lollipop are now gone. Frankly everything else is working fine, apart from this.
Anyone have any ideas, any at all, besides the above? Have anyone else seen this problem, even?

He doesn't actually mean "firmware" here. He just means you should do a full wipe since the ROM version is a significant upgrade (as you should always do for major ROM version changes). Dirty flash has a huge potential for random bugs, so you should eliminate that as the cause, first of all.
Same goes if you migrated the user data through the MM OTA.
Some ROM threads you will see around here, they tell you to not even think about posting a bug report, if you did a dirty flash.
Have the exact same problem after doing OTA upgrades from 4.4 to 5.0, and then from 5.0 to 6.0.
Wonder if the original poster did try a full wipe, and if that helped?
For anyone else finding this thread via google or similar, after wiping (I used the default wipe option in twrp) and rebooting, my sd card functions as normal.
