I don't mean to repeat a question or an existing thread, but I haven't found the answear in all of the similar thread.
I owned an international variant of HTC One M8 with sense rom, but I have converted into a GPE version. Now whenever i connected my phone to my PC, it says that it couldn't find the driver/install the driver needed.
So I am wondering which driver should I install? Is it the official HTC One m8 driver or Google android driver since my htc now a GPE model.
Thank you

choose Latest Driver Version (HTC Sync Manager): 4.2.0.001, this should work for all HTC devices.

Sorry if this has already been answered as I have not lingered on the One X forum that long enough. Here goes:
Has anyone with a Nvidia One X tried this method (QualComm One X) to SuperCID their phones?
As I have observed, this method has also let the One S phones (QualComm One S) able to SuperCID their phones. One thing I noticed first is that they have the same chipset, QualComm, maybe just different models/versions.
Us, on a Desire S, we can easily change RUUs using the GoldCard method (check my sig of downgrading for more info) even without S-OFF. As also I have noticed, the Desire S uses also QualComm. Too bad the One X doesn't have a MMC slot. But someone says GoldCard worked too.
I don't know, is just me who noticed this..?
So the question is, will this work on Nvidia One X phones..? Could someone try..?
P.S.
I'm just curious as I want to flash Stock RUU on my GF's Vodafone AU branded One X..
Kindly close the thread if already answered, but please link me first to the correct answers/posts..
Won't work I'm afraid, it's been tried many times.

I can't find updated information about our device. Android update still shoes M8S at android 5 even do the 6 update is released.
I find the M8S platform is closer to the M9 than M8, and "HTC 10, HTC One A9, and HTC One M9 will receive Android N" (htc.com).
Too bad the custom development for this device is so thin, I like modding but I don't see many options so I'm still locked bootloader, waiting for the complete stage of android release. - I think xposed is the most extended modding available -
Please correct me if I'm wrong and post any updated information about the M8S.
Does anybody know, how to re install android 5.0/6.0 offical firmware to HTC One M8 again.
If you read this short thread you should be fine:
