Phone Turns on While Plugged Into Charger

Has anyone else encountered this problem?
It started happening two days ago but I haven't changed any settings on my phone. What I usually do is shut my phone off before I go to bed and plug it in to charge. I will normally see my phone shut down and then when I plug it in the battery recharging animation will show up. When I wake up in the morning it will show full battery and I press the power button to turn on my phone.
However, the past couple days I turn off my phone and see it power down. Then I plug it in to charge and it automatically turns back on.
Does anyone know if there is a setting that needs to be changed? If there is I can't seem to find it anywhere. Any advice is appreciated. Thanks.

I just noticed something similar, if i have it plugged in and i power down the phone it will just reboot instead.
I am not sure what I did differently but whatever the issue was it seems to have corrected itself. Thanks.

NexusDown: switches off when entering sleep mode

Guys, I'll ask here first to see if it resolves. My gnex is defective.
With the phone turned off, connect the USB, I can not tun on. No charging icon appears, but he is.
With the phone on, if I connect to PC by USB, it just turn off.
With the phone on, putting the wall charger, the phone charging.
With it on, and go into standby after about 5 seconds, the unit turns off.
Was with the original ROM and now put the CM. But nothing changed. Something else might be? I'm using an old machine because it has no conditions.
I make a full wipe, davik, data and the problem still.

[Q] screen does not come back on

I dont think my phone actually turned off, I think it went into a very deep sleep. I couldnt get it to respond. I held down the power button for a while, then tried to go into recovery mode. NADA. no reponse. I had to pull the battery. I know my phone didnt turn off coz I was wearing my BT and it would have said "disconnected"...confused...
oh and my battery was at 57%.

Backlight not turning on, possible brick?

My phone was completely drained of its battery last night, and I tried plugging my phone into a charger to turn it back on. Didn't turn on right away so I thought it was a completely dead battery. Tried again this morning and the same thing. It'll vibrate but the backlight won't ever turn on. Under direct sunlight I can see the LG logo on the bootup but it never leaves that. I managed to get into recovery and somehow maneuvered to do a data wipe. If I reboot into recovery after that, the backlight will start working again. This only seems to be a temporary fix, because with 5-30 minutes, it'll go back to it's original state.

Tablet turned off but won't turn on

My Samsung Tab 3 7.0 recently turned off and won't turn on. So I opened the case, disconnected the battery cable let it sit for a while and then reconnected it. Without turning it on i let it charge, and not it shows 100% charge.
I tried doing all different reset combination but nothing is turning on the tablet. Pressing the home button will display the battery percentage at 100% but that's about it.
Is there anything I can do to turn it on? I am trying to do a factory reset on the tablet but it seems it needs to be on to use ADB.
