sometimes it work fine and sometimes the touch screen doesn't work at all

my friend has htc wildfire .the touch is not working in the middle portion.but in the upper and lower portion touch is working.
is it hardware or software problem?

My HTC randomly reset itself and then ended up in a white screen (Attached). How can I get out of here? Thanks in advance.
My htc desire300 works fine except some parts of the touchscreen don't. When pressing 5 on dialer or triing to swipe from that areea on any app doesn't work.
Any ideas if it can be fixed or do i need to replace the entire display and touchscreen ?!

I put to charging my htc one x and when that I wanted to disconnect him to use him there were small purple zones on the screen. 2 seconds after the smartphone went out and he vibrates all the time and nothing on screen...
I can to switch him) that once and since he does not ignite any more..

screen touch behaves differently while the phone is charging i enable show touches in developers option and then i plug in the phone to charger and then i touch the screen instead of one white spot of my finger two spots comes and the other up spot moves on its own differently !! please suggest me how to fix it !! even when the charger is not connect it happens but not so frequently !!
