Recently i founded a forum(this one) about jailbreak surface rt 8.1 which is not available a few months ago. I did read that forum, but i can't understand the step to install it properly, can someone please explain the steps(From the beginning, means from where you haven't done anything to your surface rt) in details.

What device do you have? If it isn't the surface 2 or the lumia 2560 then it can be downgraded.
The emu needs jailbreak.

Help with what? You told us your problem, we told you the solution. To downgrade, just download the relevant recovery image (they're all linked on another thread, possibly in the Surface forum, search is your friend) and set it up on a bootable flashdrive (there should be instructions) and then reboot the Surface using the option to boot off external media (again, there should be instructions and if not, search is your friend).

With the new Windows 8.1 Update 1 Microsoft integrated a new ability to reduce the size of the space for the Windows Installation.
Since there is a leaked Windows RT 8.1 ISO in the internet is it theoretically possible to modify the ISO to install with the new WIMBoot function? 28GB free space instead of 10GB on a 32GB Surface sounds good and the Microsoft site also mentions ARM processors.
Because I'm a new user I can't post links so please Google for: "What is Windows Image Boot (WIMBoot)?" and "Deploy WIMBoot Images"
I was going to try this myself (I have the 8.0 wim file), but apparently you need the RT 8.1 with Update 1 to do it. Unfortunately, recimg.exe doesn't exist on RT, so you can't create your own. I'm going to try to find that leaked ISO you're talking about, though. This would be a boon for people with 32GB of memory.

Im running the final Version of Windows 8.1 on my Surface RT. I tried to jailbreak it but something isn't working. I will attach an image of the failure down below. This error message only appears a couple of miliseconds, because of that the quality is so low.

Theres your problem. As has been stated umpteen billion times, the jailbreak works in RT 8.0 only, does not work in 8.1.

Ok. Many youtubers say that the 1.20 jb works with windows 8.1 too.
Is there a way to downgrade the windows 8.1 version to 8.0?

You have to download Windows 8 RT recovery image from Microsoft Surface RT site, and have to flash ur Surface device in order to downgrade the device...
1.2 ver. JB NEVER works on 8.1 RT...
I think there will be no hope for 8.1 JB

I found a directory called "C:/Windows/System32/CodeIntegrity" on my Surface RT. Maybe it has something to do with the unsinged exe problems.
What should i do first to jailbreak my microsoft surface 2? Should i downgrade it in windows 8 and do the jailbreak? If so. Can someone pls tell me the steps pls?
Step 1: Learn how to search for / read existing forum posts instead of starting wholly unnecessary new threads.
Step 2: Learn that there is no published jailbreak for RT 8.1 yet (and also that RT 8.0 won't boot on Surface 2).
Step 3: Come up with your own jailbreak, or wait for one of the people working on it already to publish something.

Hello, i would like to have my transformer run windows but from what i found its not possible to run full windows on an android device becaus of the architecture. So i would like to ask if it is possible to at least run windows RT on my device (Asus transformer 701t) and if so could you please link me some tutorial?
I don't think it would be possible but even if it was you would be losing out on a lot of functionality since windows rt is a very striped down version on windows 8 you might be better off just finding a custom android rom for your device.
