one big caution is the battery..charges fast and drains fast...

@kannanrs do both sims work on this ROM , with 3G on atleast one of them
Only sim1 works...with 3G....need to check with other modems
I chnaged the language as per instructions, still a lot shows in Russian, specially the Ayphone Launcher settings (launcher App)
Camera was showing all green, flashed the boot patch by Dani, worked fine then,
Only one sim worked with 3G, tried several modems posted here,
also, there was no sound, none of the songs that i tried playing nor did my phone ring when i received a call, so some problem with speaker. In call volume is fine.
overall a good ROM with IOS UI but some bugs need to ironed out to make it a daily driver.
will work on these by next week and make you wear a smile...
saw that some of these problems can be worked out with a little tweak...
in the meantime, working on updates for the other roms that i released which are on the way...
Gimme a week or so, you will like this rom, i liked it very much for the innovative look and feel...

Thanks. Of all the bugs, please see to resolve these two at first when u start tweaking the ROM
1) the speaker volume and
2) both the sims to be working

I ported it, tested it alongwith a team and i have, in fact, used it.
And so did some of the people that i know via this forum and one of them is behind me for updates even today.
So, your declaration that this rom hasnt worked in any canvas4 is wrong.
I made lot more changes in the rom and released it from time to time and also through our private group for testing and clearance.
Can you please share with us ,as to what went wrong during installation or afterwards..
That would help us in releasing a working version according to your needs.
Please note that not all canvas4 devices are not the same, because of the experience we had with the previous roms.
Me and Jayadev, another contributor, found this when we had the modem issue.

Yes as the nice guy before me allready posted I'm actually working on a Stock Rom for the Tab 3 8.0 but I have to work a lot atm so it could sadly take some time. If a booting Rom is done I'll post a very early Alpha Version not for daily usage of course just for testing purposes and that you can help me finding bugs or help me to fix them. But actually I'm working on the boot.img to get into the System.

Any progress? I'd love to try at cyanogenmod but I'd prefer to do so at my tablet instead of my phone, since I really need my phone constantly and I would like to know what all the differences are before trying it at my phone.
Has anyone started the device tree? I'm going to try to attempt getting this to work. If someone has started the process I don't want to do all the work twice. I'm definitely a novice so don't expect this Rom to come to fruition soon or at all.

0.19 version works fine on my micromax canvas 4 a210. hope to get the cm updates directly on the phone

This rom is really nice but i am not able to get network on both the sim cards
Initially i thought it's because of imei no
So i restored imei no using Mobile uncle tools but still no luck..
I flashed the stock rom and restored the imei no again, it all works fine..
Just make sure if i have done everything right, i flashed this rom again but no luck
Tried almost 3 times..
Everything it failed, i reverted back to stock and flashed this again..
Everytime, stock rom works fine..
Note:
I have not flashed gapps..
Notification bar keep popping these messages,

All voice services are blocked
Data service is blocked
I turned off 3g but no luck..
Between,
I could not find 'updater-script' in Meta Inf >com>Google location
But i could find in, Meta inf>com>Google>android location

Yeah I installed 0.19
I just flashed CM11 0.19 on MMX c4 today, it was my first kitkat rom though and just loved it but there was a sim card bug. It would throw "Restricted Voice Data Access" & "Restricted Data Access" for sim1 & sim2 respectively. And on some one of the thread it was suggested to restore the imei number through mobile uncle tools if not shown in settings>about phone>status; I also dialed *#06# which only showed 1 imei number. But then too, I m unable to register to a network. Due to which I again switched to MIUI v5 Please guyz help me to get out of this plzzz !!
Installed ROM but I have some bugs
1 Multi Sim doesn't work even though i tried the commands in emulator. Please work on this as soon as possible.
2. Could not do USB data transfer, only charging and USB debugging options are available. Rather i dont know how to do data transfer.
3. In camera, I can take pictures but could not record video. The app crashes when tried to capture a video.
4. You can include android market in the ROM.

I installed this ROM and tested it. This is my first custom ROM installation. But the steps that you had mentioned were clear enough which helped me to install without any hurdles. But please add an instruction to install gapps in the end of installation. For a beginner like me doesnt know how to install play store to get other apps.
I also go the same bugs as reported in bug list:
1. Only one SIM works and it hurts. I am staying in a different state than my hometown. I keep going to my home town often. And so I bought this dual sim mobile, So this custom ROM is a bit negative for me. I hope the developers will work on it soon. Thanks in advance.
2. Video mode in Camera doesn't worked for me.
3. Tried installing whatsapp with ART runtime. I tried many times but I could not. Then I found that its the problem with runtime. Later I changed to the old runtime, rebooted and installed whatsapp without errors. After this I edited the runtime to ART and re-booted it.
4. USB debugging is working fine but I could not data transfer through USB.

my phone is not getting data connection when i reboot the the phone its getting and when i reboot again its not going to connect with my mobile data...
google play is not installing apps say insufficient storage.

This rom is simply superb....great work bro.....this is very first time i am installing any custom rom to my canvas 4.....i have successfully installed this rom and followed the instructions carefully...every thing is working fine but when i connect my mobile to my pc its not working as MASS STORAGE device..in fact my pc is not at all recognizing it as a mass storage so i am not been able to transfer any file from my pc....please help me to solve this.....other bugs are i)video recording and ii)hotspot.....

You made the Rom for us.. Its one of the best Roms to be honest... But for that 3g issue.. Please help.. You can also contact other developers who have patched this.. Like the developer who ported s5 Rom kitkat for cherry mobile users

bro i'll try my best to make that 3g on 2nd sim..now added mtk eng. mod and mtk control tell me if that worked or not or refer this guide too http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2741650 meanwhile i'll make a patch but you have to test it because i can't check patch myself

I tried this rom and it looks very nice. But initially, youtube didn't work, only audio, video freez at starting. I installed lower verion 5.3.32 and that worked fine. I hope Sawi will solve this problem in next update..

Feedback on Project Elite's AlphaRage 3.0 and Question about Front Cam

I'm new to the forum, glad to be here!
I've been a long time owner of a CM Omega HD 2.0 but it's just now that I've decided to try out custom ROMs. Now from what I've experienced, every single custom ROM (so far I've tried Xperia Z2, HOSP L, MIUI V5, and AlphaRage) had a problem with the front camera. I plan to go back to stock sometime later if the problem still persists. Any thoughts on this?
Lastly, about AlphaRage. I personally love ROMs that give me the experience of using Android L, I just love the user interface. Anyhow, the only issue I've had so far is that calls don't last more than 5 minutes whenever I'm on the AlphaRage ROM. Anyone else experiencing this?

I have finally found some time to work on Miui. Here is an updated 4.12.6 rom . It is on kitkat. (mostly the rag tag kitkat system that is not true kitkat, but runs in the kitkat system)
Anyway.
This is for the Xolo Q1010i Users. Others who want to port this please port it to the MTK6582 devices.

My personal Experience..
Pros:
1. ROM is awesome with simple & neat interface, features are great.
2. Good amount of free RAM, i noticed ~400mb free after installing few daily use apps.
3. No noticeable lags, Rom is smooth.
Cons:
1. Average battery backup (but not too bad). Can be used as daily ROM
2. Few RANDOM bugs for many users.. such as...
> Gapps installation
> 2nd sim not working
> couldn't change network to 3g
> play store sign in issues
etc.,
I'm very respectfull towards developer & friends here for all their works.. :fingers-crossed:
I request if any dev take interest to fuurther develop this ROM for redmi 1s, lot many users like myself will be greatfull :fingers-crossed::fingers-crossed:

Nice ROM..only one problem is there that it doesn't support dual sim
Atlast new os for our redmi 1s and I think so it must expand by porting different OS like touchwiz,xperia,etc.!!!
Our armani devs are good in removing bugs,so I request them to add dual sim feature if they have time in future
