Hello friends, I have a question , is that my s4 mini plus, not light, does not go to download or recovery mode , the phone had root and during shutdown no relit , not to do , I saw in another post you can do anything if you have the Debrick.img , but not counting on it for my phone, someone who has the debrick.img for s4 mini Plus ( GT- i9195i ) ?
Or some of the model i9195 debrick.img works for him 9195i ?

friend of me had bought a Chinese Samsung Galaxy Neo GT-I9168. Now he is bach in Germany and the phone had the Chinese/English Android installed without the GooglePlay-Store.
Is it possible to root the phone and install an CustomRom or another SasmungRom? And how can he do this?
I have looked around in the Forum but can find a similar problem with exact that phone...

After rooting my device first time i deleted Download manager (system app) .
Now i am unable to download Apps/games/anything from google play store.
Can someone With a Rooted Samsung galaxy S4 mini Gt-i9192 upload Default download Manager here ?

No. You can only flash the roms of matching model numbers. Only i9192 rom on i9192 device.
