I just got the watch and had two questions about the display for current users... Is a yellowish tint normal on the display? and also the watch is completely unreadable in ambient mode when it is dark out, is that the way it's supposed to be? thanks
Yes and yes.
(2nd Yes) screen needs some light, like a normal watch.

You can also reverse your face screen to better visibility

It depend of the watchface you use. Some have reverse screen or choose for background and text color.

Hello!
I recently bought a nexus galaxy and I'm very happy of it. However I discovered that the screen has a problem. When I use the phone at night there is a disturbing darker line if the screen uses dark colors. I can not make you a picture to figure out beacuse my camera can not see the difference of colors. I attach an image to make understand you. I get such an effect on a totally black screen. Obviously it is not so pronounced in reality.
Another small problem is a slight problem with some brightly colored screens that remain imprinted on the screen a few tenths of a second and then disappear when i change screens.
Today I called samsung support but has not been helpful. Should I try again?

this is really noticeable when i set the brightness to max. is this rom/kernel related or is this an LCD defect? do i need to go to the service center so they can check it? thanks!
I also noticed it on my display few days ago , wasn't there before...
But mine is alot smaller so i don't even shure that they will see it in the service center ..
did you also set the brightness to max?
Yes you only really notice it on full brightness and mine is like the size of a rice grain anyway so you need to look for it to see it.
did you have it checked in a service center? or its not an issue for you?
I have the same problem, is it covered by warranty?

One of the reasons why I written off the G Watch R is the few cases I heard of people having screen burn in.
And since the Zenwatch also has a OLED screen, I worry about it experiencing the same. Has anyone experienced this yet? Or did Asus implement some screen shift or method to prevent burn in.
Didn't mean to thank you... ) anyway, there is screen shift to prevent that. I'm not worried about it.
You can set it so the screen powers off after a while. Very useful feature that the G Watch R doesn't have bc it has no ambient light sensor (wtf?!!).
ZenWatch doesn't have one either. It seems only the Moto 360 and Sony SW3 have ambient light sensors.
When zenwatch is in dim mode there is s shift every minute on the minute

Yep, it's a problem. They won't honour warranty as they don't sell in Australia either
I just bought a Huawei Watch and there is a gray semi circle at the bottom of the Watch. Is this normal? Of all the pictures of The watch I have seen I haven't noticed this.

Bigger Picture would help, but it does not look normal. Have you updated all the firmware and software?

No, because the OnePlus uses light to read finger print and samsung uses ultra sonic. One can see the light through your finger tips on those OnePlus devices.
Okay thank you

No worries. The next best thing might be the attached linked , it's faint and not as bright but still something but the color can't be changed.
How to always show the fingerprint sensor icon on the Galaxy S20
The Galaxy S20 has an in-screen ultrasonic fingerprint sensor that isn't visible when the screen is off. But you can change the settings so the icon shows up on the lock screen even ...
