RUU says power too low, but it's at least 80%?

I recently flashed stock ROM (through RUU custom installer (to trick it)) and it still says it's a modified system, so I wanted to try and install this:
RUU_ENDEAVOR_U_ICS_40_HTC_Europe_1.29.401.7_Radio_1.1204.104.14_release_259281_signed
Radio matches mine, and Europe is true as well. However, it gives me the "BELOW 30% BATTERY" error, eventhough I charged it overnight, and when I boot into the phone it says it's at least 80%.
I have stock recovery and 4.0.3
Code:
(bootloader) version: 0.5a

Nevermind. I flashed a new recovery (CWM) but now it gives me error 155 in RUU.

As my suggestion is no need to upgrade hboot as you are still perfectly fine at present. Upgrading Hboot only without regarding rom is not so sure everythings fine in current using rom and after updating hboot, cannot be downgrade.

I have something better for you Download THIS copy to your sd card flash boot.img from fastboot after this WIP everything except SD card flash the rom.zip via custom recovery and after this flash stock recovery and you have full stock phone unrooted and can receive OTA
And next time post this in Q&A section this is not the right place for this question

I have downloaded RUU_ENDEAVOR_U_JB_45_S_HTC_Europe_3.14.401.31_R_Ra dio_5.1204.162.29_release_302015_signed.exe but was also advised to edit android-info.txt to 3.14.401.620
