Hi there everyone. My device is Find 7s. Im on Omnirom (omni-5.1.1-20151113-find7-NIGHTLY).
Problem is my device is experiencing a very high powermanagerservice.display (kernel wakelock) in BBS.
Is it normal having such kernel wakelock?
Any explanation on this would be much appreciated. Thanks!

Hi guys, I just joined this forum. I have been running gummynex on my phone for the past few weeks, and I was wondering what the best under volting/overclocking setting I could use. I currently have the phone on stock cpu settings but I really want to try overclocking it. Does anyone have some suggestions for overclocking/under volting speeds? Also, I have noticed post from people saying not to check set at boot. What exactly does this function do?
thanks everyone
I installed Quantum 3.15 ROM a few days ago with decimalman's kernel.
I am getting battery drain with my phone doing nothing at a rate of 7-8% per hour. BBS lists the PowerManagerService.wakelock at the top of the kernel wakelock section. A little research tells me this is a placeholder for all partial wakelocks. Problem is, partial wakelocks lists nothing. So I have no idea what is really going on. Can anyone give me some advice where to look next?

+1 Having the same question. About to post but turns out you have already post it :good:
Exactly the same situation tho my battery did not drain that much but still found the powermanagerservice and main kernel wakelock had been running very long time, while partial wakelock had very few awake. Any method to decrease the running time of powermanageservice and main without rooting your device?
bump for the answer!
Anyone got it fixed?

Hey guys
After flashing the gpe 6.0 rom, I've experienced a massive battery drain. After investigating with Gsam, I discovered that the kernel is eating up 88% of my battery. What can I do to fix it? I've attached screenshots.
P.S is it possible that xposed is causing it?
In the past few days, my kernel have been draining a large amount of battery with power mode in efficient, hotplug CPU, conservative governor, under click everything u could do but kernel (Android OS) is still the top battery drainer. Btw I have cm 14.1 ROM with team m8 kernel.
Can anyone help me fix this? Thanks in advance.
I've just seen on my A7 in BBS this wakelock. Can someone tell me about it? Any answers will be appreciated...
